My husband and I love Pineapple Jack's and bring family and friends whenever they come to town. The owner Scott is very nice and last night we met Caleb the Manager who was extremely welcoming. The only issue we have is that I am a vegetarian and with the change in menu they have removed my favorite vegetarian dish (Red Quinoa Burger) the one reason for making this a weekly stop for us in our dining out routine. I'm sad that we will not be back until the menu changes again but would highly recommend this restaurant for service, presentation and beautiful decor!!!

I will be happy to give a review on this restaurant!!! Our server Sage was absolutely wonderful!!! We have not been in Jensen Beach very long, only a little over a week and it was my birthday and my husband suggested us go there to celebrate. The dinner and atmosphere was wonderful!!! We definitely highly recommend this place!!!!! Planning on making Jensen Beach home!!!
I had the Five Star Burger absolutely incredible. I had a salad probably the best salad ever had in my life. The chef is fantastic. And you can't beat the ambience . Jensen Beach is the best and the pineapple Jack's Bistro is a staple.
I have tasted all that is vegetarian on the menu and loved all of it. The service is great, friendly and professional . The atmosphere is just the right mix between fancy and laid back. The music on the porch on Sunday afternoons is a must! Love this place!
Fantastic food, great value. Beet salad was fresh and delicious, with lots of goat cheese and candied walnuts. Blackened salmon and avocado sandwich was one of the best I've had ever. Planning to go back Sunday for $15 3 course dinner.

I love Pineapple Jacks....the atmosphere, food, and staff are top shelf. They are eager to please. Fine dining...great drinks...I would highly recommend it.
Was a little worried when we arrived and we were the only people there! Service was very friendly and breakfast was amazing!! Was impressed with every aspect and will definitely be back. Very fairly priced menu!

December 16, 2017 UPDATE: I'm really struggling between a 2 or 3 star rating. Had a very underwhelming experience tonight. After our first experience, I was excited to have a nice early birthday dinner there with my family. We went tonight around 7:45pm. The dishes fell flat. 3/4 dishes came out and were not as requested but we were hungry and they took a long time to hit the table so we didn't make an issue. Not a good presentation like we had before. Not sure if you have a new chef? Asked for linguini but got angel hair instead even though we were charged extra. The sauce on the pasta tasted like garlicky shrimp scampi sauce. I'm allergic to shrimp. When I asked the waiter about it I was assured it wasn't until I bit into a shrimp shell and didn't eat the rest. Thankfully all that's happened so far is my lips are red and swollen since I got home. Service was great at the beginning but also dropped off as we were the last table in the front dining room away from the bar. The jazzy sax player was there again and was excellent while he played. The parm crusted mahi I had was a little dry but tasty. It missed that wow factor we had the first time. We ranted and raved about it to our folks so to have this type of experience on their first time was disappointing.
Gave 5/5 star rating on October 28, 2017 - The food was AMAZING!!!! So flavorful and gorgeous presentation!!!!! Service was friendly, fast, attentive. There was a jazzy sax player that had the perfect backdrop to our 2nd wedding anniversary. We'll definitely be back!!!
The Parmesan crusted Mahi with the pineapple rice and green beans was just delish! Topped it off with a watermelon & basil martini 😋. Our waitress was awesome and the restaurant has a pretty atmosphere. We will be back again 👍
Amazing food! First time there!! I had the rosemary maple chicken and it was delicious! My hubby had the parm crusted mahi and it was AMAZING! I will be back for that for sure. The portion of fish for the price was phenomenal ! The crab bisque was scrumptious as well. SO glad we tried your restaurant. What a hidden gem! THANKS for an amazing date night!

Mother's Day dinner was perfect. Thanks to Sage. She's a gem. I had the mahi. It was delicious. There were 10 people in our party. It couldn't have been better can't wait to go back.

Food was very good and arrived quickly. I had crab bisque and my husband had chicken parm. We both enjoyed our food. Server was very attentive but did not go overboard. We will be going back!
The food was great just went for lunch and definitely will go back for dinner. The staff was very attentive and pleasant and the atmosphere was perfect. By the way the chairs were so comfortable and great for your back.
I liked this place. It was my first time and Scottie made it quite pleasant. The food was delicious 😋. I took away a star because parking was annoying. But everything else was great. I ordered the Porky Salmon and my friend had the teriyaki wings.
Outstanding food and service right in the heart of downtown Jensen. Out server, Scottie, was nothing less than great and very attentive to us. Compliments to the chefs and to bartenders as well! I had the Indian River Penne Alle Vodka and my fiancé had Stuff Chicken Parmesan. We ended up switching dishes towards the end because we couldn’t get enough of each other’s food. I loved the sweet marinara sauce on his pasta and he loved the unique vodka sauce on my pasta. Thank you (yet again) for another wonderful dining experience.

We had delicious clam chowder and excellent salmon. The pork chop was seasoned well but very tough. In my opinion the chef was a little heavy with the pepper on the veggies. But overall it was a great evening out and we will gladly return...just not to the pork chop!
Love eating in the bar. Excellent waitress and delicious food served quickly. Convenient parking next to restaurant. Happy hour offers good prices on martinis. May tables are available for outside dining. Reservations might be a good idea during dinner time.
This restaurant is beautiful on the inside and outside. You could dine in or outdoors. The staff is frendly and all foid is cooked as you order. Fresh, delicious and filling. Pineapple Jack's is worth a visit. Didn't want to leave without trying the food. Open from Wednesday to Sunday for now.
