Ordered hash browns the manager gave them to me burnt on the outside and looking raw in the middle. When I told her I didn't want them she asked why and I said cause they're burnt and she said that's how they come out of my oven. Wrong drink and wrong bagel. Worst part is the new guy working the drive thru cash register at 9:30am has loads of visible dirt under his fingernails. It’s disgusting. Have had enough of this location, no more, no thank you.
Says open at 5:30AM but its 6:30AM and not open. 4 Employees inside. Say will open in 1 hour??? What prevents you from selling coffee and donuts at 6:30AM with 4 employees inside? Sign on door just says closed. Happens often.
