Do not eat here. Does not have most popular item which is a salted soft pretzel and other items are cold. Disgrace to auntie Anne’s franchises everywhere. Eat at your own risk.

Pigs in a blanket to grab and go, simply brilliant!! What have I been living under a rock? Do you like those fancy cocktail parties where servers with pigs in blankets on toothpicks glide through the guests with trays? I was in heaven. You can get a coffee cup filled with Nathan's hot dogs wrapped in Auntie Anne's pretzel dough, they're pretty good, fast, hassle free to grab and go, and you get to eat pigs in blankets while walking around the mall. Unbelievable. Somebody has to stop me.

Overall good experience at this kiosk. Pretzels stayed fresh for about four more hours after purchase (they were already getting to the not-fresh point when we bought them, but didn't realize until we were almost home). Next time we'll go to the actual storefront and bypass the kiosk. Mike ; ; ;

They never have regular, original pretzels EVER!!! Only stale, cold, lazy-made pretzel nuggets. I complained to corporate and they offered free coupons. They would be amazing but how can I use them when they NEVER MAKE ORIGINAL PRETZELS EVERRRRR I work in the mall and out of 30 visits, only three times were original pretzels available and I had to wait ten minutes for two of those occasions. Either AA's blows or just this location, unsure.

This place is very unsanitary. The woman at the cash register is using the same gloves to take cash and serve food to customers. Very unsanitary. I also just watched the guy taking the trash out handling food after without changing gloves. I hope something gets done about this. I will never come back here again.

My fav are Jalapeno nuggets. They are not premade hence you need to wait for a few minutes for them to make it fresh for you. Staff is kind and the place is clean. Ensure that you get your pretzel and nuggets hot or get them freshly made.
