I live far away but I consider The Corkscrew to be MY neighborhood bar.It's a bit noisy but that's because the people are always having a great time enjoying one another and the FOOD which is excellent.They really care about the food and feature very creative offerings.They have a burger that uses Beef whole articles have been written about and the Wings are superior. I actually look forward to the specials which are NEVER pretentious. I love the servers who are particularly friendly and engaging. I participate in the Open Mic which is one of the best I have ever attended.I really appreciate a place that supports creative people .The Corkscrew is BLESSED and not just by me.
