Absolutely AWFUL customer service. We received 2 antipasto that was so poorly made and had three slices of salami in it and when I called to get a refund or a proper salad sent back the woman was screaming at me telling me the owner refused. This is our favorite spot from here on out. We literally order from Vinnie’s 3 times a week. I’ve never had a bad meal. Ever here. From the soup to the pizza. To the subs. AND the pasta. Please please never leave us!

1st stop back home...the pizza was delish...and the guys working and fussing at each other...loooooved it!!!

They went from being the best pizza to the worst. I tried giving them few chances but no every time they messed up my order. This time it was really burnt, well they lost a regular customer. Good bye!

Great service. I wish the pizza reheated better but it was still delicious even reheated a day or two after. Would definitely recommend.
