Not your typical rolled ice cream and bubble tea. Vegan options and all natural teas. Very friendly and great customer service. We came in for national ice cream day and were looking to try their ice cream taco! We each customized our tacos and tried a bubble tea. Sugar over load but in the best way possible. Their bubble teas are made fresh not from powder and they have classic flavors like thai tea (which Fonz tried) and unique flavors like rose tea which took Yoko for a great surprise. Cute shop and love the interactive customer wall where people can write a note and leave their mark. Will return especially for rose tea!

I've only been here ONE time but I will keep coming back. Where's The Scoop offers delicious gourmet ice cream. You can try their house creations or you can create your own ice cream. You also get to see the artisans make the ice cream in front of you! It's awesome! My wife got an ice cream with Nutella and mine was the Mango Tango house creation. Both were amazing! Also, I recommend their bubble tea with Boba! Come here, you will not regret it!

My wife and I googled Ice Cream places and after reading about this place decided to try it! It was fantastic! What a unique concept. How you design your own flavor and pick your own toppings! The service was friendly, helpful and fast! And watching them make your personalized 8ce cream was so cool! It's a clean inviting environment! Kudos! Great job well worth the trip from Cherokee county!

The ice cream was amazing and the Taro bubble tea was just as delicious! My husband got the red velvet cake flavor and he loved it. I loved that there was a "make your own" option. Highly recommend going here! Bonus: Open late!! The hubs and I love going for a late night ice cream run.

I have very high standards for boba tea, as it is basically an Asian person staple drink (lol). Their teas are delicious and they use fresh brewed tea, instead of powder. I was pleasantly surprised at the pricing for their boba teas. We got the horchata and the rose milk tea, and enjoyed both. I am not that the biggest fan of rolled ice cream, but it was very good also. The coffee is strong (just as it should be). Looking forward to coming back to try more flavors.

Best ice cream in the area! This is the best ice cream I've add in the US! Literally. I've been around the world and I'm kind of an ice cream addict so I've had my share of good ones but this place is absolutely amazing. The place is very well designed and very kids friendly. My daughters love this place. The ice cream is so tasty and unique and the staff is super nice (love Zack) and they are not cheap on the toppings so you get a nice little mountain of ice cream. The concept of no scoops together with the brilliant name of the place is really good and the "show" of making the ice cream is beautiful. Bottom line, amazing place, highly recommended.

Love this place! They have delicious rolled ice cream, and to-die-for whipped cream. I loved the Duncan Special, and their hot chocolates/coffee. (Starbucks is around the corner but highly suggest you come here)

This place is amazing! I've never had ice cream the way they make it, but it's sooo good! It's all locally sourced with no preservatives of any kind. Come taste the difference. Also, if you're looking for boba, they make a great milk tea. Check them out for sure if you're in the area. Highly recommended!
