If you're looking for an independent gem in a small town, you found it. You'll see the owner there everyday putting her heart and soul into this restaurant. You see it work through the staff as well as the phenomenal dish variety. They have a full bar so they can accommodate any need and take pride in their selection and offerings. The peppercorn Ranch is the best I've ever had, and you can't go wrong with any of the food that they serve.
Went for lunch the other day and was very happy with the service and the food. Lunch was well priced and the soup was fantastic. Will go again.
Came to celebrate my birthday and everything was fantastic. I would recommend this place and anything on the menu. The drinks paired well with the dishes.
I ordered:
- Small toasted goat cheese salad
- Stuffed chicken with Cranberry-Walnut crust
- Brown butter cake
- Old Fashion
- California Swinger
- Espresso martini
Great brunch spot. The restaurant is going for a romantic bistro ambience. The food was excellent and there were many great brunch options available to suit everyone's tastes. There are mimosas available and limited coffee options. However, the latte we ordered resembled a cappuccino, with 1/3 foam.
A nice little place with wonderful food. I had Tilapia and my wife had Sea Bass. Both were excellent. It is small and reservations are a good idea, even on a weeknight. The one negative is the food is a bit expensive.
Delightful gem of a restaurant. Located in a strip mall, cozy and intimate with great service and even better food. Mussels appetizer was delicious. Stuffed chicken signature dish did not disappoint. Fish lovers will have several choices. My Maple pecan crusted salmon was beyond wonderful. A must visit when you are in Johnson City.
We wanted a really lovely place to eat brunch while visiting the area, we found cafe Lola’s with great reviews. So we checked it out for ourselves.
It was a very nice place, the people were friendly. I thought the staff seem to talk a little too much among themselves.
The waitress brought me someone else’s bill, Not sure if it was a late night for her or just couldn’t get things going first thing in this morning but she was good and attentive.
We tried the sweet potato hash as it was highly recommended, I was disappointed as the sausage was overly done, the sweet potatoes had some bad places on them and frankly it wasn’t a lot of food for the money.
If you are into having Bloody Mary’s, or mimosas for breakfast then you would probably enjoy this place more than I.
Wonderful romantic atmosphere with a friendly and helpful staff. Food prices were on par with olive garden, but quality was Much higher. I ordered the shanks, and they were huge! Great selection of tasty cocktails. Will absolutely try them again.
From the moment we arrived we were welcomed with smiles and an enormous interest in what we wanted to eat and drink that evening. Our gracious server Brandon and awesome chef Michele were wonderful. Food? Really delicious!!!!!! We will return to Tennessee next month and enjoy another dinner with friends again.
