I love it here. The food is great and the beverages are better! I love the lemonade and other juices, and the coffee is great too. The staff is lovely. I wish we had a Panera in Bristol; I’d probably be there every day.
Took my granddaughter to get a Greek Salad. She loves it eats every bite and a cookie. We dined in it part of going to lunch together ❤️. I had my very favorite tomato soup and half the chicken salad Sammy. Both of us enjoyed our visit. I highly recommend Panera. You will be able to find so

As always, the food is great. The service was extremely slow. I realize staffing might have been limited, but this was longer than the past times I've visited this location. It wasn't well organized. You had to stand around...too crowded. I'll still come back. Great food.
Short staffed I understand but this location consistently is slow. Get a new manager . I see one checkout person when it's busy and the manager is not at the other cash register moving sales getting things moved along . Long lines waiting every time I'm in the location. People will leave and go to
Salad was decent but they didn’t put chicken in the chicken Cobb salad lol. At least it was a gift card used to pay 🤷🏽♂️ Not worth going back to get the chicken out in it. there are much better places to get salads.
