They make their own dough. Most places buy frozen. They shred their own cheese. The attention to detail is impeccable. You can taste the care they put into their food. My wife got the pizza and I got the Philly. Both were great, but the Philly was seasoned wonderfully. It's definitely a home recipe.

Fantastic food and people!! Their philly is amazing, and so are the garlic knots and pizza! They make their own dough and grate their own cheese, and the revamp of the philly with Jen’s spices is incredible!
