We use to have a Fazoli's in Jacksonville Florida they went out of business!! So when I come to Tennessee first place I stop after the airport before heading to Greeneville!! Take pictures of the food send to friends !!! Love love this place!!! #5 for me on the food & service !! Please come back to Jacksonville

First time I ever went to Fazoli's (as an adult) was 3/27/15. It was wonderful. A mixture between a sit down restaurant and fast food. The food was awesome as was the service! Definitely my new favorite place!

We LOVE Fazoli's. It is a perfect dining experience, with delicious, quality food, and free unlimited breadsticks when you dine in. The staff was friendly and well-trained, the restaurant was clean, and they had a lot of options for meals. I have yet to find an item I don't enjoy at Fazoli's.
I love the bread sticks and chicken Alfredo. I have ate here a lot and most items are delicious. I like the spaghetti and meatballs, lasagna and all the chicken dishes as long as it is grilled, I am not a fan of the breaded chicken dishes. The prices are reasonable and the service is great. They do a good job of getting your food ready really fast. It is always hot and fresh.
It was awesome! As always! I give 5 stars. The food was great and the price wasn't bad either. I love this place! So, I gave four stars for one reason, as soon as I went to pull out of the restaurant, I got a screw in my tire before I made it out of the exit.
I always enjoy Fazoli's. I had not been there since since this pandemic. And not thru the drive-thru since October 2021. The food is very good. Service was a little slow. I think because someone ahead had a large order. It was worth the wait.
Pretty good food for a drive thru and reasonably priced. The spaghetti and meatball meal was good. The pizza better! The hubby enjoyed his meal. Win-win!
Delicious, freshly made food. If you dine in, you can have as many breadsticks as you want. Clean and comfortable. Free drink refills.
