Fun place to stop in and create your favorite dessert. Friendly staff, good prices and a lot of variety in the toppings. Good choice of flavors, don't be afraid to try something new, NY cheesecake was fantastic, as was the oatmeal, that one really surprised me.

I think a lot of people underestimate Menchies. The staff is a bunch of high schoolers who are genuinely nice and do their best at their job!! Most employees are always open to help and answer questions. A lot of people complain about issues that do not concern them, I have seen it as a customer. Lo

I have lived in Johnson City for years now & love to come to Menchie’s. Recently, the place has gone way down hill. It is always messy, yogurt all over the machines, toppings all over the counter, etc. And they are always out of at least 4 flavors. I understand technical difficulties but for months

I love Menchies! The staff is always so nice and friendly. The flavors are always top notch, and they are always understanding. Two girls, one blonde and one brown headed, helped me with picking my flavor:) Thanks guys!

Okay so me and my sister went here and both a small amount of the vanilla flavor. It was 8.14 for two small ice teams that barely had any toppings. We got in the car to eat them and the ice cream literally tasted like cheese. We couldn’t finish the ice cream. Worst place ever.
