We love McAllisters! It is very consistent no matter the location. At least it has been in my experience! One of my favorite places to eat a sandwich, soul or salad!
I love McAlister’s Deli! They have Gluten Free items to meet my dietary needs!
I've never had a bad experience here. McAlisters is a go to when there is one around. Put one of these in Morristown, please.

Food was great. Service was great . Would love to go again.
Tonight I ran by to grab to go food for my husband and I. Got the bag...it looked like everything was there. Got home and my soup from the choose 2 was missing. I called to let them know and the manager got on the phone. I tell her Im home already...she says well I live in that area I can bring it to you I'm going home now too. Next thing I know she shows up with the soup, 2 cookies, and 2 free meal cards. I would have never expected that!!! Totally above and beyond! She didn't have too but the fact that she offered to bring it to me was totally unexpected and makes me realize she does care about her customers! ��

Ordered takeout for our office today as a nice treat from one of our vendors! Large order! Food arrived via our vendor to our office (25 minutes away) and one employees lunch was missing. Simple call to to McAlister's and manager was immediately apologetic and said "where are you located? I am bringing you the food that was left out." When I told him we were 25 minutes away, he never hesitated to make the experience right. Working in a service related field, I know we are human and mistakes can be made from time to time. I really appreciated his eagerness to go above and beyond and show us he appreciated our patronage! I am giving 5 stars because even with error they made us feel appreciated and important!!!

Well THAT was an awesome lunch! 🥗 I have loved this McAlister’s ever since they opened. My wife and me went here when we were dating. Now we take our kid! Salad, soup, sandwiches, “spuds” and maybe the best tea in the whole town! What’s more, it’s a clean place with a fantastic staff. It’s no wonder it’s one of our city’s top rated restaurants!
Food was top quality as most of them are. Drinks were fresh and food was very good. Our server was excellent and was on top of our refills and making sure we had what we needed to get the most out of our meal. Their Broccoli and Cheese soup is the best you will find anywhere. We will definitely be going back when we are back in Johnson City which is at least once or twice a month for the family. The wife works close to their with her job at Ballad Health a couple times a week. She has really fell in love with the place. She had not ever eaten there until we started dating 1.5 years ago. But I think she is a life long customer now. She loves their tea and their lemonade.
Excellent service! My mobile order wasn’t working properly and Steve, the area director helped solve my problem and get me the food I had tried to order! All of the employees are always nice and I’m very partial to the Southwest Chicken and Avocado Salad with chili lime vinaigrette, I always ask for extra dressing.
