Horrible place. Walked in and took them forever to take my order. 5 people was standing around doing nothing. Got a pepperoni pizza and a cheese pizza. Got home and the pepperoni pizza was hard as a rock and the cheese pizza had a hole thru it. Called the store and all because I gave pizza to my kids that were starving they wouldn't replace any of my pizza. They are selling pizzas that have sat in the warmer longer than they are suppose to and are screwing you out of your money. I highly recommend not going to this Little Caesars unless you like old pizza and bad service. They don't even deserve to get a star from anyone. If I could leave no stars I would but it makes me leave at least 1 star. It is completely bull that they want to act this way.

Pizza is ok for the price but if you come to this location don't use the drive thru. They care more about the people walking inside than their drive thru. Only restaurant I've ever seen that clears their dining area while traffic is backed up to the road. I waited for 20 minutes watching people go in and out without the drive thru barely moving. And they weren't short staffed. Plenty of employees walking around. I suggest you go to one of the other locations before coming to this one.

This place is very 50/50. You're either going to get quick, friendly service or wait 15+ minutes in line. You're either going to get Hot and Ready food that is perfectly baked and seasoned or get food that is extremely under/over baked and looks like it doesn't know what seasoning is or bathed in an entire bottle of seasoning.
If you like gambling with your dining experience, this is the place for you.

My wife and I avoided Little Caesar's for years after a massive drop in quality at our old location. I'm not sure if the company changed things overall or if this is just a good location, but I've always been pleased with my orders from the South Roan location. Great job, guys and gals!

Very!! disorganized very slow. Been here many times through door dash as well as personal. I would not recommend. How can they actually look me in the eye when I show up for an order of cheese bread placed 20 minutes ago and say sorry it didn't get made. Don't know why, your going to have to wait 10 more minutes. As I wait it sounds like a preschool class in the back with the workers all playing around. Don't go here the frustration hurts my head.

Disgusting. Doughy goey completely undercooked pizza. Employees snickered and laughed when they got my pizza out of the warmer. My kids started eating it before I got any and realized it was fowl. I'm enraged they would ever give this to a customer not even under cooked it's a dough ball.

I went to the drive through around 4 pm, and when I got home the pizza was part overcooked/dried cheese stuck to the bottom of the box and some part was undercooked.

It's Little Caesars man what can you say? They're good but they're not good good. I'm just glad this one has a drive-thru... I hate getting out of my car at Southside plaza.
