Although the McDonald’s website shows that salads are back, this establishment has zero healthy food and the only reason I stopped in. Employees are pushed to move drive thru. This means that if you go inside, you'll wait to order, then you'll wait a tremendous amount of time to get your order if you aren't forgotten about altogether. And you can only hope that your order is right.
Main street Macdonalds did a great job...all my food was in the bag and the girls at the window were awesome...can't say that for ETSU McDonald's...I live closer to that one but dang...they are a mess!! Worth the drive to main street....
