The wait was a little longer than I'd anticipated, but it was SO WORTH IT. Freshest fries I've had in a long time and a burger that tasted like it was off my grandads griddle. This is definitely a stop I'll make again when I'm in the area

Why is it that they keep the same amount of staff but don't allow anyone inside and only drive thru? I am having a hard time understanding the management behind this location. This is the biggest failure of the hype about Texas that I've experienced.
I'd imagine, being in a small town you'd want to make a better impression. Evidently there is a lot of negative from this location.
I'd be embarrassed if I owned or managed this location.

Local here in town, and there’s nothing better than a treat after work every once in a while. However, our past few visits have been horrible for the following:
1. Staff incredibly unfriendly with no personality.
2. Takes thirty minutes to get an ice cream.
3. Extra staff sitting around on their phones behind the counter, including what looks like management.
I wouldn’t recommend stopping at this location! Love DQ, but this particular location needs work.

They were either understaffed or not on their game. The lady up front was very nice and had a great sense of humor. The drive-thru speaker never worked so we drove up to the window and still no luck so we went in, waited 20min just to order and then waited another 20 min for food to start arriving. What should have been a quick drive-thru experience ended up being about a 90min pit stop. The food was ok. My order wasn’t correct and the limeade was not to my preference, but the kids enjoyed their chicken fingers and fries. The kids LOVED their blizzards! They defied gravity as hoped. Since I don’t live in the area I will probably never return.

The food was fine came out hot and fresh despite it being 8 pm at night. What I didn't like is that my nine-year-old had to be subjected to the employees saying the F word A LOT. We couldn't get out there fast enough because it was pretty bad.

So after waiting 30 minutes in line I pull up at 10:05 and get told the manager training the new employee told him to put the out of order sign on the speaker system because he's new. Long wait time and now, no food being cooked. Way to go Management! That's some smart leading there. No wonder you can't keep help. pfft

Stale buns, out of bacon, burger topped only with mustard. DQ can really shine but this location didn’t today. Went inside after the drive through because they left a drink off the order and found sticky floors in the dining room.

Disappointed! Posted signs and Google state store closes at 10:00PM. On Saturday night, I was in line at appx 9:40PM. There was a vehicle in the drivethru line receiving her food/drinks and paying. I sat at the speaker for 5+ mins waiting to be greeted and my order to be taken; No one ever came on the intercom. I just pulled up to the window to order a drink. This young guy handed the lady in front of me her change, looked right at me, closed the window and turned his back to the window. Very rude and disrespectful.
