Ordered at 11:38. I didn't get my food till 12:10. As you see I ordered 2 double cheeses and mchickens. I ended up having to ask the manager to see what was going on because I asked one of the workers if they knew what was going with my order at around 20 minutes in and he said without even looking
Everytime I get food from this McDonald's it is of horrible quality. Just got a mcdouble and they only put the patties and the cheese. No ketchup, onion, or pickles. This has happened 3 times in a row now. Nice to see the $15 per hour wages are paying off.
This is by far the worst McDonalds in all of Johnstown. For dozens of reasons. If you want your order to be wrong & take forever to get 100% of the time. Then this is the place for you! Even with the owners stepping in it barely makes a difference. Do not leave without checking your order everytime

By and large, service is terrible. Ridiculously long wait tines for fast food. And what's worse, usually the food is either burned or incorrectly prepared. They never used to be this shoddy, but they have gone way downhill.
they rarely get simple orders right through doordash, and it’s not like you can fix it like drive thru. you’d think they’d double check. and this is numerous occasions of basic orders wrong.
