They had signs up at buffet explaining to start on the other side of the buffet. Put on a pair of gloves before touching tongs on each food item and to put on a new pair each time you come back for more food... of course there were people that ignored the request. They handled the tongs then set them down on the food!

Best pizza I’ve ever eaten. The pizza was always hot and fresh. Salad bar was really stocked and the spaghetti was the best ever. The only complaint is not enough variety on the pizza bar. I like how you kept a lot of the CICI’s menu. I will definitely be back. I’ve found my new go to.
This place reminded me of Pizza inn. Hard to find pizza and salad bars anymore. Decent pizza with good toppings and salad bar was adequate. Price was what you would expect in today's market for what was served. Nice place, friendly people and clean.
These folks were great. Class act when it came to customer service. The ladies and gentlemen that were helping us with our meal were great.

Pizza Plus is the best pizza in the Tri-Cities! I have been a long time customer...my mother and I always got our pizza here! So I've been eating it for 20+ years and compared to everywhere else....this is where your money should go! Not only is their pizza brilliant but their sweet tea is perfection! Better than Pals! I sincerely mean that! The service is always on point! They are smiling and always happy to help! The facilities are always clean. You just 100% can't go wrong here!
