Funtime Cafe - Joshua - Photo album

Saw this place on Restaurant Impossible and drove over an hour to try it. As of now, the name on the outside and on all social media still says “Fun Time Cafe” but the interior and the menus say “CW’s.” You walk in to a wall commemorating Robert Irvine’s time with them. And the decor throughout loo
We made a side trip because of the Restaurant Impossible episode and loved it. Hubby had the ribs and I had the chicken sandwich which were both delicious. Excellent staff who didn't hesitate to refill drinks and check in on us. We also got to chat with the delightful owner, Wayne about the episode.
Very nice waitress! Very cute and comfortable atmosphere. The food was too notch and worth every penny. Our waitress was so kind and attentive, made suggestions and gave us a little background insight to this restaurant. The menu caters to everyone, my daughter had enchiladas, my son had breakfast
Good size portions at a reasonable price. Parking in the front area is a bit congested but doable with handicap parking. There is a front and back entrance with parking at each. My wife ordered the chicken fajitas, they were tasty but as she put it, too greasy. Service was good and staff were friend
Had the street corn quesadilla and it was amazing! Husband had cheese enchiladas and those were tasty too. This was our first time visiting in over a year and there is definitely a more pleasant ambience inside since they remodeled. We will be back!
I've spent enough time in San Antonio to know that this is most certainly not authentic Tex-Mex. The food is overpriced, underwhelming, and left me feeling sluggish. Not a particularly good combination if you ask me. Service was great though so adding a star for that.
Let not the name Fun Time Cafe fool you... for this is an Amazing place for Tex-Mex food and Chicken Fried Steak... I had the Carmen Plate which consisted of two tempting Cheesy Chicken Enchiladas, two appetizing Beef Tacos with the fixings, Spanish Rice and Refried Beans and please don't be shy in
Good food and customer service! The food was served hot and was very tasty. The owner is very nice and puts a lot of thought into his restaurant. I had the chicken fried chicken and mashed potatoes. I was very satisfied! They also have Tex-Mex options that are good. I had a burrito one visit and it
