Review Subway - Joshua

The crew that was working there is absolutely awesome. I wish I could remember the guy's name because as he is a rock star. Very friendly and actually put together a sandwich that was like the picture that is on the wall for the 1st time ever.

We ordered pickup multiple time from this location. More often than not, they have gotten the order wrong. This last time was the final straw. I received my sandwich with the wrong bread, cheese, and it was toasted and I didn’t want it to be. I seriously question their ability to read.

Steak and cheese always good stuff, put jalapenos on it is great, i give thumbs up to subway in joshua.

UPDATE: THEY ARE KILLING IT THESE DAYS!!! JANUARY 2021: The stingiest Subway I have ever walked into. Small portions and you cannot ask them to give you even a little more, "Extra is an additional three dollar charge, sir." You don't have to lean in towards me and appear so serious about it lady. For eight dollars plus tax for a sandwich, I would expect the meat, cheese and vegetables to it least cover the bread. I did not order a bread sandwich. I know times are tough but come on, I wish I had taken a picture or got her name. She refused to give us anymore of anything. The appearance of the establishment was satisfactory outside and inside of the facility. I will give this location one more visit soon. Hopefully I get adequate servings (portion sizes) and service next time or my family and friends will not return.

No knifes!! Wth?? How am I supposed to cut up the vegetables on my salad

The food was great as always however the older lady that is apparently the manager here was very unprofessional and basically yelled at her employees for the cheese I got on my sandwich that is apparently extra but not posted on menus or the glass case!! I was fine for paying for it!! She is a very unhappy lady!

The manager was rude to me, and the sandwhich maker was a sweetheart. He did his job right and the manager complained. I had to tell him to stop putting down the kid.

It just seems they can never get a to go order right and they literally hate to even take to go orders. About a week ago, I tried calling in a to go order around 11:30am. The lady on the phone told me she didn't have time to take to go orders, would I please download the app....click and hung up. Definitely not customer service. Food is ok if they could get the order right, but to me, customer service is everything.
