The order/delivery times are relatively quick and most of the food is very decent for the price (by Juneau standards, anyway). The cheese sticks, however, are absolutely incredible. I recommend the spinach and feta stuffed or Bacon Jalapeno stuffed. Like $8 a box...best item they offer.
The only thing I can soundly ding them for is how poorly their websites operates. Lots errors, bad load times and the coupon applicator doesn't work half the time, but that's not the fault of this particular location. That's a franchise thing.
Tonight we ordered dominos during celebration which is a huge event. I anticipated the food running late or our order being messed up. I was impressed. Fast deliver, everything was right with our order, and we got a coupon flyer which, I haven't received one in years. The flyer for the survey as well, and a friendly delivery driver. This was the best service we have received from downtown domios in years. I also love that the downtown dominos is now utilizing coupons on the app. Thank you to who ever made the changes. 😇
I ordered a pizza this afternoon from downtown Dominos and it the BEST pizza I’ve had in the whole 12 years I’ve lived here. Way to go Dominoes !!
