I cannot even begin to say how good the food is here. I've eaten here 3 times on my trip and completely went fat kid and tried a much as I could. The food is made well and full of flavor. The people who work here are warm, welcoming, and friendly as they get. I met amazing people while I was here the first time and made lifelong friends. The owner came out and sat and chit-chatted and was so warm and kind. If you want good food, good people, and to eat way too much great food, this is the place.
Ty's Beach Bus is located on the North Shore of Oahu in Kahuku, HI in the food truck village near the Kahuku Sugar Mill. This fun lunch spot, complete with a couple of picnic tables, offers a limited but tasty menu of beach food favorites such as hamburger's, chicken sandwiches and hotdogs. it also offers sweet waffles and churro's. We tried the chicken sandwich and the churro with ice-cream. Both were pretty good. The service was great and the environment cannot be beat.
Hidden gem! Really awesome Oreo waffle on a stick with Nutella drizzle and homemade vanilla ice cream. Loaded fries are the bomb, flavorful, and very fresh. Also nothing beats super friendly service. SUPER nice staff!!!
The family had the bus burger, spicy chicken sandwich, chicken nuggets and the cheesesticks. Some of the best food food trucks have to offer. Definitely suggest
The guys working were awesome and friendly and they served me the best Cuban sandwich I have ever had! The loaded fries were fire and the lemonade was delish! Will be going back to try other menu options!
Great Food, very delicious and amazing fries. The workers are incredibly welcoming and work fast. The tables outside have some nice shade to hide from the sun as well.
Food truck owner was a very generous person and very friendly . I recommend trying out this food truck . I also recommend trying their shave icecream.
The spicy chicken sandwich is the best and the corn is great too. Great food and service. You can see why it's so popular. Everyone in our group loved the food, service was great (and fast) and the lemonade was perfect for a hot day. We'll definitely be back.
My wife and I celebrated our honeymoon on North Shore… find this food truck. Food was amazing. Service was amazing. The atmosphere and overall vibe was solid!

This will be the very best waffle you will ever have! I cannot overstate the deliciousness that you will experience when eating one of Ty's Beach Bus waffles. The staff is great! The menu is creative! But above all the food is amazing!!! I would go back everyday for more if I could! It is just as important to visit Ty's Beach Bus in Hawaii as it is to visit the beach!
Tried the Oreo Waffle Stick and the Churro Waffle Stick. Added vanilla ice cream. Very good. The staff are very nice too. I wish I would have eaten more food from here instead of Giovanni's

Pretty good place to grab a quick sweet treat! Since ownership has changed they've expanded their menu and increased their prices. Still worth a visit in my opinion!
