Waffle was delicious, too much syrup for my friend, but I thought it was perfect. The coconut cream with it was needed to make my taste buds go off. Also had the sunset smoothie, it was enjoyable. It's a cute little shake with outside tables, and it's by lots of other food spots. We were surrounded by polite chickens. Just don't feed them, lol. All vegan, minus honey & avocado, if that counts as non vegan to you.

Stopped in here for a coffee. We ordered the cinnamon cold brew - it was good! We sat for a bit to enjoy the coffee and some berkey water. Although we didn’t try the food it did look delicious. Everything appears to be super fresh.

Raised by The Waves is one of the few vegan restaurants outside of Honolulu and Hale'iwa on O'ahu. (though do note, fellow vegans: they sell honey. not sure if they include it in their recipes or in which ones). We arrived close to closing at 5, apparently too late to order food. They close the kitchen down it seems about 4:30 - 4:45 despite being open hours-wise later than that. That's restaurants on Hawaii time though! I was able to order a drink and got the Oreo milkshake, which was delicious and definitely tasted like more than just coconut and Oreos. I would order it again, if only I could also get food. I am sure it's even better than their drinks. Service was relatively prompt and everyone was friendly. Great spot located around the sugar mill. Be aware this one is off to the side in the back sort of, and harder to find than some of the other food options.

The food was delicious and top quality. Great and enthusiastic service. Location is remote for the island, which actually adds a nice touch compared to the madness off Waikiki.

This is one of my favorite healthy places on the north shore area. Whenever we come to visit I get excited to come here. I follow on Instagram when I’m not in town & am always wishing there was one in Utah. So many healthy options. So much “alive” vibrant food. I hope they are always around!

If you are driving through the north shore, mark this place. It is really good! It is a fully vegan place, so you will get one of the best varieties of vegan bowls, açaí, and some smoothies/drinks. Unfortunately, I forgot to take a picture of the food, but it was good. One recommendation would be to premix ingredients with a dressing because it gets too messy, and usually not enough dressing. The wait time was really long (20-25 min), considering there was only one person in front of me. I would recommend taking some drinks over there; they really look interesting. Overall, it is a very nice place. It gives some Balinese vibe.

This is one of best breakfast spots, must visit if you are staying in north shore. Food is amazing, specifically their panini’s & waffles. It has complete outdoor seating. There is ample parking space and their service is pretty quick.

I started with the O’lena bowl which has banana mango turmeric and maca powder which was delicious. After that, I had the vegan poke bowl made from beets with the most amazing presentation and flavor

Best Açaí bowl on the North Shore. We tried bowls at Sunrise, and Bonzai. Those don’t even compare in taste. Our kids also loved the Keiki smoothie!

Yessss you must visit this beautiful place. The staff are incredible and the prices are amazing considering its mainly all vegan and super healthy (organic) take a look at the specials menu and ask for recommendations. The bowls looked insane but the sandwiches we had and the shakes we got were incredible. It's the only vegan place on the North shore and there are some really amazing shops around that you can walk to and shop at.

Raised by the Waves puts the art in culinary arts. Wide selection of delicious—and gorgeous—vegan dishes. Add-ons and gluten-free options galore. Many dishes have an artistic flourish in color, arrangement, etc. and they’re as tasty as they are beautiful. In a word, attractive menu item pictures are accurate. Online ordering is a snap, but caps the number of items in a single order at eight. So, if ordering in bulk, choose carefully. If I lived here, the wild horses at nearby Kualoa Ranch couldn’t drag me away.

My favorite favorite place for açaí bowls and when I want to eat delicious, unique vegan dishes! This place makes you want to eat vegan. And the açaí bowls are big and full of fruit - sometimes you pay a lot for a bowl that has barely any fruit but they don’t skimp here at Raised by waves. They also have yummy and unique coffees (both iced and hot) and I also love their bagels.

Moving UP! The sugar mill has taken on new life these days. This is a great/fresh shop offering good coffees and really good food! We had cinnamon cold brews that were soooo good. Very good service from a cute little girl with braces that was so kind. Check this place out!

So happy to find a vegan food place here. Ordered the Spicy Vegan Poke Bowl & Chuns Sandwich on sour dough bread. Both really delicious. Cute storefront. Lots of little tables with shade right outside. Very friendly workers. The only downside is that it was kind of a long wait to get the food (maybe 20+ minutes). Would definitely go back & would fully recommend to others.
