Took the kids in for their favorite snack, it was pretty busy with a line out the door - which was nice to see. Wyatt handled each customer promptly, exceptional customer service! I’m sorry I didn’t get the girls name working with him 11/8 - she was busy the whole time making more pretzels and bites
This place was amazing! Holy moly the pretzel pepperoni boat was so freaking good. So good my mom went in to get one for herself. I wish we had these back in Arizona! Must try!

Shae and Wyatt were really really nice. They help get my food quickly when I told them that I need to catch the bus and even help me remind what time bus leaves. Over all professional, quick and charming people to be around.
Love coming to pretzelmaker ever since i was a little kid and still going till this day. Shae is an excellent worker and is very sweet and friendly. Shae shows a lot of hard work and compassion for the job she is working.

Shout out to Josh his demeanor when dealing with a difficult client was incredible. He stopped what he was doing, listened and apologized, righted the situation and all without getting upset. He was not rude and kept it professional. I mean for a young kid I was blown away. Josh you are doing great
