Lobby closes at 8pm, drive through closes at 10pm. The manager and staff are super nice. Food was hot and made to order. Plenty of parking and seating, indoor and outdoor. Use a kiosk to order or mobile order mostly. They also have a drive-through and locked bathroom. No refills for soda, but their prices and specials are pretty comparable to the continental US.

Update: We drove through. Seems like breakfast ends at 10:30am.
Water is not an option in the meal plan. It's extra$ if you want a bottle of water.

I came here to get a snack because the other fast-food I went to was already closed. Turns out to be Free Fry Friday! 🤗 The line was really looong so I did curbside. I've been stuck in their curbside spot because of the line - so I choose a better parking where I can leave freely then walk to the curbside spot and wait. Fries were warm but full and I still ate all of it. It took about 10 minutes for my order to come which is pretty good considering the time and day! Friendly worker.

This was the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to…
Remember back in the 90’s when your parents took you to McDonald’s and you were ecstatic? Well, not this place!
My wife and I had never been to Hawaii and one of my goals before I left was to check out a local McDonald’s and see what the paradise state had to offer.
Well… not much.
Every employee was masked up (it’s July of 2023). The entire restaurant was dark and eerie (definitely not the Hawaiian vibe). The bathrooms were locked with special door codes to get in. They forced you to order your own food. We met a homeless man in line with us who said that he had been eating there for 10 years and that this was the worst McDonald’s he had ever been too as well. Oh, and no free refills! Like, what the heck man?! And it took forever to get any help from anybody…
We literally ate here just to say that we ate at a McDonald’s in Hawaii…
My advice to you…
Eat anywhere else in the area before you eat here. You’ll be happier, you’ll be more satisfied, and more than likely, you won’t be compelled to leave such a poor review…

They were very busy but once I placed my order it was quick and accurate.
Had a wonderful experience here while on my vacation in May. They were out of one of my ordered items, and the manager went above and beyond to ensure my significant other and I walked out with an S Tier experience.
Jared was very kind and professional. He gave us the best options & helped us with our order both times we went there. McDonald’s is lucky to have him. Thank you Jared!!
We only go through the drive thru, the workers are very patient when I order, they let me take my time. The service is fast, friendly and accurate.. I love their French fries, cause some McDonalds over or under cook them.
If I have to say something negative, I'd have to share that it's frustrating when their ice cream machine is out of order, it's like that a majority of the time and my Son gets disappointed everytime.
Was heading for a long drive home late at night, so I needed some caffeine. I got a coffee and one of their cold coffee drinks. I remember somebody saying it was too sweet and didn't have any coffee taste so I had them add an extra shot of coffee. It was really good, and then when I got home I spilled 3/4 of it. Really wish I could have finished it. It was that good!

Great service with curb side pick up. Staff has been very friendly with walkup pickup.
Pick up order took 15 minutes. No blaming on staff because they were definitely working really hard. Perhaps better management in terms of scheduling, or more incentives to keep employees at work. I felt bad for the workers they were hustling to get orders done.
McCafé was good, could be better if they weren’t understaffed.
Recommend a B plan if you are in a hurry for this location in specific.
This is the 1st time I've dined into a McDonald's in a long time. They've changed the interior atmosphere quite a bit it's quite relaxing and clean. The service was amazing, they got everything right.
McTeri Deluxe is so good! Will recommend to anyone looking to eat something quick, yet familiar.
