Martell's - Kalamazoo - Photo album

PHENOMENAL!!!!! We were a little sad spending Thanksgiving away from family this year dur to working in another city but this restaurant made up for it! Delicious Thanksgiving tradition dinner....Awesome waitress(4got her name but definitely want to give her an Aplus - she had dark hair and asthma (
Foods and Drinks were wonderful, splendid atmosphere, looking out on the lake. I will definitely make the trip back up there from Hillsdale again soon!! Chasity(I believe was her name)was our server and she was wonderful also.
The food is very delicious. The atmosphere is warming and more upscale. They use high quality ingredients. I love how they use olive oil not vegetable oil. I recommend the prime rib anything and the salmon very delicious. Their desserts are amazing as well.
This place has fine dining at a decent price. It's sort of a timeless place with classy touches. I wish the menu had more options. It's also important to know that the menu on the patio differs from the indoor seating. Outdoors, they have pizzas. If you're seated indoors, you can not order pizza. We
They said they couldn't give us of you by the water. Every table as a view of the water and it is spectacular. We were seated by the fireplace so we got the two for one. We could tell our waiter Enzo was new. I believe what time he will be excellent. Their list of wines was very impressive. I had t
Lovely setting tucked away in a wooded area on a pond with picturesque inside & outside seating. Service was friendly and efficient. Nice selection of Italian cocktails & wines. Baked Brie is smothered in blueberry compote with great flavor but could have been served warmer for that creamy texture.
We just happened to pick Martell’s to eat on a spontaneous Sunday road trip. And let me tell you!!! One of the best places I’ve been. The mushroom toast was fantastic!! The New York strip hands down one of the best steaks I’ve had!!
We called Martell’s on a Saturday night- there was a 1.5 hour wait to sit down at a table, but no wait at the bar, so we ate there. We ordered fried four cheese ravioli, and creamy chicken penne. The dessert special was the lemon blueberry cheesecake (candles not included) which we ordered as well.
Had a great food experience in Kalamazoo at a restaurant called Martel's. If it was a little warmer out the outdoor patio is definitely beautiful and romantic for any events. The food is very tasty. When you guys get a chance check this place.
We were in town for work and found this place in Google. Didn't realize it was fancy till we pulled up. Very cool resteraunt, lots of little dining "coves" made me wonder if the place was designed for this or what else it could have been. Our server was very helpful in bringing us a couple of tastes
Made special to order. Just out of the oven. Cody makes a stiff drink and great conversation. Highly recommend coming to Martell's.
We picked up Thanksgiving dinner so can’t comment on atmosphere, but everybody was super helpful and friendly. The food was very tasty and plentiful and we appreciated that containers were compostableI or recyclable. Would absolutely do this again!!
Such wonderful food! The mushroom soup was so rich and creamy and the ravioli was superb. Austen was our waiter and gave us excellent service.
Party of 6, 2 of us ordered the grinder sandwich with different side dishes, my sandwich was to have no peppers. They switched the sandwiches, didn't realize it until I bit into a pepper. They did offer to remake both sandwiches but we didn't want to sit there while our friends were eating. Restaura
I think lunch is a better experience. The view is nice and as they are less busy the food is delivered more promptly. Our lunch was excellent. Dinner was good but borderline cold. There was a huge party in the main room so it put a lot of pressure on the staff. Love the white tablecloths. This is a
Only second time here. Food was very good! Grace our server was spot on with her service! I would highly recommend this establishment for your dining experience.
My first visit to this scenic restaurant. I had the MAFALDE which was slightly undercooked with very little chicken. The beef carpaccio, however, was wonderful along with my wife’s PORK MILANESE. Our server was a bit overwhelmed but she did her best. I’ll be back as soon as many good things to try
