Food was excellent! We arrived on time but had to wait about ten minutes for our waiter to come over and get our drink orders. The manager came over and apologised profusely, getting us free champagne even though we wouldn't have said anything. She also constantly made sure we had more bread which was one of the best parts of the meal. It is a very expensive place, but we went for restaurant week so each 3 course meal was $25. Both were very filling and I took home leftovers. Will be going back next year!

Service was the best. Takes the time to answer any questions you may have about the menu. Food was cooked to perfection, steaks are tender, juicy, melt in your mouth. Tiago our server was the best- awesome job!!
Classic high end steak house. Great decor that is the right amount of retro and modern, loved the wood work and copper front kitchen. The food and flavors were impeccably prepared. The steak was very tender, deliciously seasoned, and perfectly prepared medium rare. Classic creme brulee and peanut butter panna cotta were great a great finish to a great meal. The staff was very friendly and attentive; high marks on their professionalism.
Steak for 2 special is soo worth it! Wonderful & attentive service! Pleasent atmosphere for date night or special occasions. Bonus having reservations possible! & will validate parking if using the Radisson parking garage.
My wife and I stopped here for dinner when we were in Kalamazoo. Webster's did not disappoint. We had steaks, salads, dessert, wine and a charcuterie board. What a tremendous dinner. After dinner we got drinks to go (which is allowed in a certain area of Kalamazoo and headed back to our hotel. The service was phenomenal and the food matched. Definitely worth a stop if you like a great steakhouse experience
The private room was perfect for 12 people to dine and chat. All the food was incredible! And our waitress was top-notch. Everyone was so friendly. I would highly recommend the mac and cheese and brussels sprouts sides as they were the best I've ever had! Pictured: Peanut butter pana cotta - a delicious twist on a classic!
Best service I've ever had and I've been there 3 times in the past 3 months. Anna Schmidt will make you feel like the only table in the room as do the other staff members! Hands down best restaurant in Kalamazoo.

Webster's sets the example of how it could be done. Prices are high, as are expectations, but they deliver. Food was simply spectacular.
