Went last night for the steak & lobster special. Outback runs this special every few months and we always try to make it when they do. I gave 4 stars because the price is higher every time we go. I know prices go up but every time? It’s still a good deal though for a 6 oz sirloin and small lobster tail with 1 side. $16.99 this time. I give 5 stars to our Superstar Server Samantha! She made sure we had warm bread, drinks and just all around had what we needed. We will go back again.
It was a wonderful experience. Everything was above and beyond just good. I ordered a porterhouse which I'm still waiting on but everything up to this point has been incredible. Our waiter was wonderful and it was his birthday. A great experience for me and my family.
Nice, quiet atmosphere with friendly wait staff. Dan, our server, was attentive and friendly as well. Our orders were prepared properly and our served in a timely manner.
I would surely return to this location if I am in the Kalamazoo area.
Wife says filet and lobster was good. I had bone in ribeye and it was nicely done as well. Service could have been a bit more attentive and I got a weak mixed drink and the wife and I both got flat bloomin blonde beers.
Great service waitresses on it food good will go again
The wife and I decided to go here for our anniversary after having not been to Outback for several years due to extremely bad service the prior 2 times before that. We were completely blown away this time. Our server Taylor was absolutely perfect and right on with everything. Both managers we dealt with were absolutely amazing and the food was to die for. We both had the chicken and ribs combos and they were cooked perfectly!!!! It's so nice to have such an excellent meal and dining experience after not having one. We will definitely be back!!!!
Disappointed the lamb was discontinued, but the lobster tail and cheese cake for dessert was fabulous.
Went for our anniversary tonight. Taylor was our server, she was on time with everything, friendly, upbeat and helpful. One of the managers was tending bar, the drinks were perfect, nothing was too strong or to weak, just blended perfectly. The food was hot, fresh and full of amazing flavor. Everything was simply perfect!! We will definitely be back.
Considering they only had a limited amount of staff the service a amazing. Our waitress was on top of everything and did a great job in a stressful environment. The food was good. My daughter wanted Alfredo but didn't want the shrimp that came with either plate. It was no problem to substitute the shrimp out, she had chicken with steak Alfredo. I had steak and shrimp Alfredo, hubby had steak and shrimp and son had a burger. Everything was cooked exactly how we requested it. GREAT JOB, with limited staffing.
Bench seat had a hige rip in it. Food was good and service.
From the Land Down Under straight to your plate, Outback Steakhouse is a great option any day of the week. Me and the fam took Mom here for a Mother's Day treat and were not disappointed in our experience. Unfortunately, everyone else had the same idea so we choose takeout. The workers serving the Meals-to-Go traffic worked extra hard to accommodate us. They offered us drinks while we waited and made sure we had all of our needs met. Be sure to tip these hard workers extra big when choosing this route. As for the meal itself, be sure to try some blooming onions, they're exceptional! The burgers we're cooked to perfection, but the steak was a little too well done for Mom, which is why I did not give them five stars. Otherwise we had a phenomenal time and we will definitely be back. While you're here, be sure to grab dessert, I hear the Brownie Thunder From Down Under tastes great, even if it does sound like a horrible bathroom experience 🤣
Love this place. Staff and food are great! However, I had my first nasty experience today, I ordered a Caesar Salad with my meal. Never again.
I’ve had Caesar Salads at dozens of restaurants. Most are wonderful. Not today. It’s as if a garlic bulb took a big dump all over it. 😠 It was just ridiculous. SO overpowering. Just warning you…
The manager and the hostess took very good care of my party. The food came out quickly and prepared as ordered. Our waitress was very busy and a little overwhelmed but still made sure we always had what we needed and was very personable. We will return. Thank you for a great birthday dinner for my wife.
It was a great meal with my very best friend and his girlfriend. The server was cool, and the food came out pretty quickly. One of the managers, Drew I think his name was, was very nice and made the dining experience a joy. He even came by to apologize for things that we had not yet complained about. Dude was on top of his game. Overall, great experience.

I'm traveling America right now with my work, which allows me to enjoy eating out often. Still, no matter where I go, I prefer the Outback Steakhouse.
I am in Kalamazoo, Michigan right now. The food I ate there tonight started with the wings. I have never had them. They are so very good. This is coming from a true wing loving southern girl. Turns out, the reason they are so succulent is because they are never frozen.
Next was my all time favorite, their chopped salad. Always delish.
The potatoes are perfect. Don't even need any fixings on them. At first, I didn't care for the idea of the mixed veggies, but they were so pretty and bright, like they were freshly picked from the garden and tasted as described.
Of course I didn't eat everything I ordered. I wouldn't have been able to move. I took most of it home. But it was all such a pleasant experience I wanted to write about it.
I do want to mention the waitress as well. She was such a doll. She tended to my needs before I even knew I had one. I won't say her name her here but I truly believe, they are all good. That's because of the management.
Speaking of, I was also able to meet Michelle and Kevin. They are the head honchos. They run their restaurant with class and efficiency. You can tell they are good managers, because the crew looks like they enjoy their jobs. Plus, I spoke to both of them and they are lovely people.
