This location just opened yesterday and the food is awesome! The staff did a great job handling the lines during lunchtime. So cool there is a drive thru too! This is a must for anyone that hasn't experienced a steamed sub! YUM.

I love the fact that we are greeted with a welcome as soon as we walk in the door. Food is amazing. Comes with a good amount of juicy meat, not just bread with a couple of slices of dry meat. Great menu. Love it!
My first time there and it was delicious! The portions of ingredients on my sub were generous and fresh. Service was very friendly and efficient while being quite busy. Definitely will be going back!

Subs are great! Love that you can get 4", 8", and 12". Soup and salads are yummy too. Staff was nice. Love that the theme incorporates local firehouses and police.

Stopped in today to have lunch. Despite being busy my food did not take long and was hot and delicious! Hunter was super informative and patient! We plan on trying them all!
The Sandwiches are great a handful of us from work make it there almost weekly.

Man this place is awesome. My order is always right! Even with the short staff they really do their best to get your food out the door. They communicate when you come in and wait and make sure it’s right and let you know how much longer it will be, and I just really respect them for that. Because even when it gets crazy in there (and it does daily) they do their best! Good job guys keep it up
Always consistent good, quality subs. Nice, clean atmosphere. Highly Recommend the #8 Engineer, Fully Involved (but with no onion). We were big fans of Firehouse Subs when we lived in another state and were very glad when they opened in Michigan.
Nice new clean restaurant with the Best subs! The bread is the best part! It's so super soft. The club and cheese steak are our favorites. Kiddo likes the meatball sub. It's fast too but never used the drive thru. As many times as I've been here never been offered the reward card. Looked it up and signed up on the app. Earn points for free food.

Best damm subs we have ever had! I ordered a hook and ladder and I absolutely loved it. My husband who is a very picky eater and not impressed by many things ordered the Firehouse meatball and he was ecstatically blown away. He made it through 3/4 of it and thought it was so damn good that he wasn't going to throw any of it away and he ate every last bit of it. Staff is super friendly clean bathrooms very inviting environment. This has just become one of our favorite go-to places.
I went for my free birthday sub, download the app and enter your birthday and it shows up in your rewards on your bday. Usually they are pretty on point but this time forgot my bacon on my sub which was disappointing but the sub was still good.
I love this place. If you forget about the fact that they have some of the absolute best subs anywhere, ever... or the fact that the prices are pretty reasonable, and the staff is always exceptionally friendly and obviously take pride in their work..... then you still have a place that supports the awesome law enforcement and fire department people in the community. This is one of my and my kids absolute favorite places of all time.
The food was amazing. I was actually surprised how much I enjoyed it. Staff was extremely helpful. I will definitely continue to eat here. So happy they opened one up in Kalamazoo. I would definitely recommend you to give it a try if you haven't already!
