I enjoy this location very much. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and outgoing.
The entire place is clean & presentable. There are plenty of seating options. The coffee & food are great.
Just stopped in. Just wanna thank the barista working tonight I didn't catch her name but she was really nice and generous. Took a sip of both coffees and they are the best mochas I've tasted from Starbucks. Hope she's working again when I come in next.

Friendly staff with excellent attitudes. A food item was out for a customer - William made sure to apologize and thank the customer for his flexibility as he offered a comparable replacement. Lily, noting the potential disappointment of this guest’s interaction, upgraded his drinks given the inconvenience to him. A thoughtful response by staff and an excellent example of how customer service can make a pivotal difference in how an establishment is experienced.

There's something about this Starbucks. I don't know what it is, but the people working here are always super kind in my experience. I hope they all get a big fat raise, because they've earned it in more ways than one.
I have seen them handle some sketchy, outright creepy clientele and somehow keep their cool. They shouldn't have to put up with such weird customers but it is what it is for this area and they handle it as best as anyone can given the circumstance.
The drinks and food always come out fast, although to be fair, everytime I've visited here it's been in odd hours and I've only ever seen 3 people on line ahead of me at most.
The seating is a typical Starbucks setup, along with some high bar stool type chair and table set ups, as well as more comfy plush seats at normal height. If that's not what you're in the mood for, there's also seating directly outside of the Starbucks within the hotel. It's a nice place for some casual people watching.
There are also benches here and there outside of the hotel around the park and whatnot, although there are some shady characters afoot generally, so keep your wits about you if you want to drink/eat outside.
We always have a great experience here! The staff is SO friendly, it's very clean. The staff is so respectful of my kids and it has been a fun part of our weekly ritual with swim lessons. The pink drink is delicious and all of the sandwiches and treats always hit the spot!
I ordered coffee delivery for my friend who was having a very rough week. I asked them to put "Pick-Me-Up for Michelle" on the cup and told them how she has been having a bad week. They not only wrote on the cup for me, but also wrote her a sweet heartfelt note and stuck it in the bag. It made her entire week and I can't tell you how much I appreciated this. An amazing example of the extraordinary customer service this Starbucks Staff provides. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!
This one's located in downtown Kalamazoo in the Radisson hotel area. Is it big and spacious. Was not very busy at the time I was there. I really like their pumpkin bread.

The barista (I don’t know his name, he was wearing awesome glasses) was so friendly and made my day. Great place!
I come here almost everyday before work and when I have nothing better to do. Sure the drinks are pricy but they still sell great drinks.
Coffee is great and service is always friendly with a good morning and thank you... always have a good time with friends and music too!👌
