All the staff members are very helpful and nice. Make some killer coffee too. Wait times might take a minute , but it's definitely worth it.

Friendly, wonderful staff. Biggbys is generously allowing Grand Valley Artists to display art. My art is fine art photography. Thank you Biggbys and the staff at Gull Road. My favorite is the French Roast with half and half. Not fancy, but oh so good.

This is the best coffee shop I have ever been too. Their customer service is top notch. This is my happy place. Yesterday I messed up my order and they were so nice.

If you have never experienced Biggby, please make the effort to do so! Always so good and even better price than the other coffee joints! My favorite order is the Mint Mocha! I have tried most of their specialty drinks, and they have never disappointed me!

This store is fine. The staff is personable and they are rarely out of items. It's a busy place so the wait is longer than the others I frequent.
Staff is super friendly and accommodating, coffee is always fresh and wonderful - only downside is lack of a varied selection of eats.

Great hot & cold beverage selection. My wife's favorite is butterbear, the only butterscotch flavor coffee shop, especially with cow dairy allergy substitutes, like soy & nut substitutes.
