Passing by saw a coffee ☕ chain never heard of. Kinda reminds me of Dunkin. Walk inside, warm welcome, answer my questions, gave a recommendation, employees are smiling and enjoying themselves. Seems they carry a little bit of everything for people, food, drinks, tea, coffee. Spots in here for peop
The staff at this Biggby are AWESOME!!! They were so friendly and welcoming, they are so fast when making drinks, and were glad to answer any questions I had. I also saw them cleaning every table and chair in the store!!! This Biggby is amazing!!!!
This is hands-down my favorite Biggby location. Other locations around town are hit and miss for quality. But the West Main one has consistently good food and good service. Really appreciate them here!

Good service and selection. I had a Pumpkin Spice Latte, and I thought it was better than Starbucks. However, their women's restroom does not have a diaper changing station, so I had to change my daughter on the bathroom floor.

The store was super busy but I must say that the girl at the counter had such an upbeat and happy personality. It was a very pleasant experience even during these crazy times.
