This is a Pizza Hut Wings Street on West Main (M-43) in Kalamazoo. The inside is very nice and very clean. Very comfortable to dine in. Food is great, and the staff is very friendly. Definitely going back.

My husband and I use to love Bdubs but in the last few years they have gone down hill and we refuse to go there. We tried a place in GR called WingStop and again, another disappointment.

Need to leave the lobby open for door dashers, much easier than trying to put pizza in bags through the window or door of your car!!!
Pizza was good and staff was friendly. The lobby was closed and everyone had to use the drive-up window on the side, which made the wait longer. We tried the Detroit pizza which has a lot of sauce on top-it was good!
My last pizza was 40 minutes late. I called three times to see what was going on and got hung up on all three times. My pizza was cold when it arrived. Not your best job.
We enjoyed the pizza, it was very good. I had ordered breadsticks, and the order indicated that 1 serving of sauce came with the sticks. We never got that. I was able to catch the driver before he left and told him, and he said it was up to the business because there were other deliveries to do, but
Service was great! Pizza was piping hot and delicious. I love the app where it counts down the time when your pizza will be ready and when you pull up to the window it is 100% accurate. The worker at the window was very pleasant.
