William the manager was so kind to me tonight, I pulled up after they closed and he serviced me anyway, even though I would never expect him to, and was just so sweet the whole interaction. A little kindness can go a long way sometimes. Thank you William, I hope this employer is worthy of your kind
I know we were the only customers at the time but inside just seemed really sad, but outside on gull Rd is a very pleasant view to enjoy DQ ice cream

The new night manager was great. I didn’t get his name but he was very outgoing and polite. Ice cream was cold and delicious. The other gentleman making our order got us our ice cream quickly! Thank you for your great service
Great store with exceptional employees. The service is fast and friendly. These guys hand you a very generously sized cone that looks like it is ready for a DQ commercial shoot. Just perfect.

The store and grounds were clean. I ordered a large malt, my wife a blizzard. I counted 7 large, heaping scoops of malt bring put in, there was very little banana, and the strawberry mix must have been mostly liquid. and when I got it, it seemed okay, but after a few minutes it made my stomach upse
Best group of workers James(and the giant peach), Pookie, and The Taurus. Great personalities along with the best Olive burger, and Blizzard we've ever gotten here. Olives stayed on burger instead of falling off, and my Blizzard was completely mixed from top to bottom with goodies in every bite!!! M
The manager was great. Super friendly, holds great conversation and when asked, he suggested two of the tastiest treats me and my sig.o have had in awhile... we will be back to Gull rd. DQ and we live closer to (Portage rd) Thank you to James and his crew.
