I have just recently discovered Tropical Smoothie Cafe’ and I love it! We’ve visited at least once a week did the last few months. The employees are always efficient and friendly. Inrecemtly downloaded the app and am enjoying the rewards programs. I absolutely love the Blimey Limey! I haven’t tried anything different because I don’t think there could be anything better!! My 18 yr old son loves the Health Nut with whey added. I visit the West Main Store.

I’ve always walked out with exactly what I ordered. The online orders are timed really well and I’ve never waited more than a minute beyond my quoted pickup time. The staff is friendly. Most of the smoothies are healthier than Jamba but still taste great. 100% recommend this specific location.
We ordered Grubhub delivery from this place and the smoothies were fantastic! We tried the Detox Island Green Smoothie, the Chia Banana Boost with Peanut Butter, and the Sunrise Sunset Smoothie. So many fresh flavors! Even though we got them delivered, the smoothies held up great because they are so thick to start with. I would highly recommend this place!
Hi! I came in here today about 15 minutes before close and I felt horrible for the cashier it seemed like they were one of the only people there he was incredibly sweet and made sure my smoothie was just the way I wanted it I definitely will be back
I flipping love Tropical Smoothie Cafe. Staff is friendly, and they always accommodate my request to make my favorite smoothie (the Sunny Day, a smoothie retired from the menu but still available). They were PACKED the last time I went in, but all the staff were working so hard, there were at least 7 people in front of me and I waited less than 10 minutes for my smoothies. Will continue to come here!
Love this place. Smoothies are delicious, the add on are great, and love the flatbreads! West Main location has had great customer service.
This place is fantastic, and they make amazing smoothies. I love the peanut butter cup smoothie, and the others look amazing. The price is a tad high but for the price you get quite a lot. Definitely a new go to spot when I’m in the area.

Always good to go here! Never have any major issues. Staff is always friendly and I usually don't wait too long for anything. Occasionally I do delivery orders through here as well. Only problems is sometimes it takes a while for someone to acknowledge. Other times it's great!
I was sick for months. After a straight week of Tropical Smoothie I was healed. Is there something deeper at play here? Can everything be healed (if you tip enough)? Are new drugs being tested in smoothies? Did that week of smoothies coincide with starting a new treatment plan provided by a doctor? Just asking questions 🤷♀️
You should do your own research to discover the truth. Like trying a darn good peanut butter banana smoothie.
We tried this for the first time today. Service was good, employees were good, and we thoroughly enjoyed our Club sandwhiches & two smoothies. Green Detox & Sunrise/Sunset. The overall cost is the only thing that'll probably keep us from ordering too regularly. Wish there were a combination similar to what they have now with a smoothie + meal, but with a size that's maybe half as large for the smoothie with a lower price as well. We both found with the full sandwhich the full smoothie was a bit much.
Excellent place! Nice and clean, the smoothie I got (Acai Blueberry) was amazing! My hummus wrap was delicious, including the bread. I would highly recommend this and will be returning as often as possible!
Good selection of smoothies and sandwiches at a reasonable price. Staff here have always been friendly and courteous as well. Only real issue I've had is just that, compared to other locations of this franchise, there always seems to be a longer wait here, even though there's not usually any line.

Usually always a great experience! I love when I can make it for the 7-9 am $2 off smoothie discount. I keep coming back, but I'd appreciate if the employees wouldn't complain about making smoothies they don't necessarily like making. I ordered the Chia Banana Boost and the worker who took my order went over and told his co-worker that he can't wait for the smoothie to be "gone" and he hopes it never makes it to the regular menu. He said he hates when people order it. It made me feel really awkward. I mean it is a smoothie place so you're going to have to make a variety of items even if you don't "like to".
