The food was very good and the service was very friendly. The service and friendlyness of the young lady who took our order was exceptionally great and unexpected. Most young employees these days are not trained well. This young lady is,
so we gave her a tip which we do very seldom at a fast food restaurant.
I love that they were still open after 1AM on Saturday. There was a long line, but l I like I said they were the only ones open. The person who took the order was very nice, and so was the person handing me my order. I wasn't happy that both of our large 🍟 were burned, and a small thing I take particial responsibility for was not asking for sauce. I do believe someone should have asked if I wanted any sauce (I ordered the 4 of $10 Rostbeef Sandwiches,which don't have anything but the meet, no condiments). It's important to say that my other two chicken sandwiches were excellent!!
One of my favorite places for a quick bite. Love the roast beef, it's the only thing I come for. My husband is more adventurous and loves their crispy chicken sandwiches and enjoyed the new burgers they have.

What in the world happend to their roast beef? At first I thought it was just cut thicker which is kind of inconvenient because of how it lays on the bun but that's whatever. The taste though, what the heck happened in a month?
This Arby's has never let me down. I've worked at the planet fitness that shares a parking lot for over two years and I get lunch here (and dinner) pretty often. I've tried a lot of food on the menu here and they have yet to mess anything up. Decent speed, greatest staff, and best food. Always makes my day better.
This is outside the scope of my regular reviews but in this day and age of customer service I feel this is appropriate. When I walked in I was greeted immediately and was told someone would be with me in a moment, in fact I was. My food came out quickly and hot. The staff was nice and respectful which is already 100x better than the rest of Kalamazoo
Arby's is airways fantastic! They must have the best employee training program and incentives, because the staff is always friendly, happy, and having a great time!
The manager was rude.. unprofessional.. when we got our food the sandwich was cold smashed and fries inside were disgusting and looked like it was made the night before..the curly fries were all small pieces and cold.. all the tables were not wiped off clean.. so so disappointed in this place..will not recommend this place to anyone... Love all other Arby's here..Worst place I've been to in a long time..
We didn't go in but ate in a nice shady spot in the parking lot. The food was excellent especially the beef and cheddars. My only complaint is I asked for crinkle fries and got the curly fries which aren't my favorite.
Tried the $5 3pc fish with fries. It was good for quick bite to eat.
Awesome food and very helpful staff. Ultimate chocolate shake is a must try
