Likely the best location around, to be honest. They never get my order wrong. They're friendly and efficient. The food tastes much better than average fast-food and I've never experienced any digestive issues from it. It's a good place.

At first I was starting to wonder what happened with my order( I ordered on the app for curbside) and my blood sugar was getting pretty low so instead of attempting to go inside (I might pass out) I called to see what the hold up was turns out they were waiting for the McCafe machine which I'm fine

One of the best, if not the best, McDonald's I've been to in a long time. The manager working was on top of things and helped get food out quickly. As I left the kiosk my number was called to give me the cup I ordered to get my drink. Before I could even sit down, my food was ready.

I live in the area and have 3 McDonald’s all about the same distance from my house and this is by far the best one. They are always kind and they have never messed up my order they actually take there time and make sure every customer has a great experience.
This is and has been the best McDonald’s on the west side of Kalamazoo!!!! For a couple years now.
