They can't even get a burger right even after they tried twice and it was so poorly made that I had to call back on my way home and spoke with the Manager on duty so she was aware of just how things were going for me as a customer.
The food is tasty for a quick bite, however, it's best with the mailed coupons/flyers. :)
Restroom constantly reeks and proper regular cleaning is not performed, but when the employees are paid minimum wage, what can you expect?
Went through the drive through. Waited over five minutes for my food and no other customers came while I was there. Got home, order was messed up. I called and a woman answered. Work in the area and this Hardee's is by far one of the better I've been to. Went thru DT and employee was very courteous and attentive. Order was good, hot and fresh. Only down side was tea wasn't great and the soda I ordered tasted as if the fountain needed to be brixed. Other than that. Great vis
Would of gave you a 5 but you forgot my hashbrowns I never have a problem here I trust them enough not to check the bag but next time I'll check it . The sweet tea didn't taste right also I threw it away the ham and egg biscuit was good and the rest of my order was right.
There is nothing fast about this location. I had one car in front of me and still waited 15 minutes to get my food. And before anyone says anything the customer in front of me only received one bag of food. So this wasn't a situation where someone made a big order. I will not return to this location
The food is always very good and always hot. The only issue is you have to wait at least 10 mins. for chicken sandwiches. It seems like they don't have any chicken ready quickly. You may have to wait but its very hot. :)
Sat in drive thru for 10 minutes.. watched the lady spill one of our drinks, instead of her whipping it off she hands the drink to me still wet. They need to have more people working to help the speed. I will not be coming back to this hardee's.
