My son and I drove through the drive thru at around 10:15 last night. The drive thru cashier was extremely polite and very efficient. I had mentioned to my son as we could see the people inside through the window that everyone was working together inside as a team. Even what appeared to be the manager was working hand in hand along with them. As we were driving away, we realized the food wasn't what we ordered. I turned around and went through the drive through again (even though I couldn't find the receipt). I talked to the same cashier and he was apologetic saying that he had me as having a #2 special instead of a #10. He offered to give me the #10 instead (remember - I had no receipt). He did tell me that it would be a few minutes so that they could drop some fresh chicken. So I pulled up and waited...after a few minutes (not long at all!), the manager came out with the chicken and added a bag of fries because of the wait. What customer service! You have earned my business! Plus all of the food tasted very fresh and didn't look like it was thrown together. I'm just sorry that I didn't get their names...
