It is typically hard to find seafood at BBQ spots. I was super surprised to see trout on the menu and it did not disappoint at all. Very tender, smoky, and a ton of flavor. I also ordered a salmon salad, which was good as well. However, if I had to choose between the two, I’d say go with the trout.
