I don't know how I have not reviewed Char Bar before. I have eaten here several times. They make great BBQ. The burnt ends, brisket, and sausage are spot on.

The Whomp! Platter is the selection of all barbecue smoked meats and it feeds at least 3 people. The broccoli bacon salad tastes great. Potato salad is so delicious and creamy.
It is one of the best in KC, if you wanna try a wonderful barbecue restaurant with a good quality and beautiful design.
