Nice environment, pour your own tap beer. I want to say there are about 40 different beers to choose from. Great basic food. Mac n Cheese w/ fried chicken is bomb. Waiters are nice. Came here for a dinner brew and meal on a thursday afternoon.

This place is awesome. Pour your own beer, pay by the ounce. Be careful some can get expensive. It's nice to be able to try 3 ounces of a strong beer, or a beer you think that you may not like or want to drink a full glass of. Full bar on top of the beer.

LOVE the buy by the ounce, great for tasting diff beers, foods a lil pricey but good. The overall laid back vibe and cool car/artsy decor was awesome

Really cool concept. Nice way to try several taps without breaking the bank. Can be annoying to fight the crowd but all around a great experience. The DJ was top notch! My husband got his card! Place is neat! Decor is unique. Try it out! Edited: Keep an eye out on your bill. They charge you double on your card and you get the half back in 3-5 business days. My husband called up there afterwards and was not too happy....

Pour your own beer and pay for what you drink, with a great line-up of ever rotating beers and fun interior decor including a mini-van converted to seating. Good food for a good price. Went to Firefly Geeks Who Drink trivia here once. It was epic.

Very cool place. They have a system where they give you a card and they have a bunch of beers on tap. They give you glasses and you put the card up to the beer you want and you just let that liquid gold flow. It adds up on the card and when you are done you pay. I thought that was awesome. This place just had a cool atmosphere.

Man, I like places like this. You get to choose and pour your own beer, you get a card that keeps track of what you pour. So cool, can't wait to visit this place. The only downside, was that near the end of the taps, on end, it smelled rotten. Other than that, the place was really cool. Full bar, for those who don't drink beer.

I highly recommend the chilaquiles. Great price, a ton of food. Plus they had a DJ there which was kinda cool. The restaurant was a little loud but overall a great experience.

My friends and I ALWAYS have a great time here. Fast, friendly service and the dj rocks on Saturday. Who can be mad about bottomless mimosas?!?!

Cool place. Parking is tight, but downtown so expected. Street car runs next to it and stop is just down the street. Good selection of beer. It's pour your own and a card tracks the amount. Good way to try different beers without a whole glass commitment. Had some nachos that were also good. I've heard the menu is good as well. I will definitely go back

I went here for happy hour. The appetizer and beer specials make the outing very budget friendly. They have self-serve craft beers on draft, froyo style. The beer taps are what make this place really unique. As someone who likes to sample a few smaller portions of craft beer, this place was perfect. The decor is eclectic and gives the place a hipster vibe. The service wasn't great, but the taps will have me coming back again.

We went to Ruins Pub for my brother's birthday because we are both craft beer enthusiasts. The hostess seemed flustered and couldn't tell us how we would know when our table was ready (it was a Saturday near 6 so we were fine with the wait), but we were able to sit at the bar and drink until she found us to let us know we could sit at a table. The food was AMAZING. Everyone in our party had something different and the reviews were all stellar. We had a great time trying new beers and being in control of our own taps. My mom doesn't drink beer, so she got a habanero margarita and said it was excellent as well. My mom left her credit card there, so we went back a few nights later (just the two of us) and sat at the bar for a couple drinks. The bartender was awesome (we think his name is Justin? Ponytail and facial hair dude... sorry!) and he was comfortable chatting with us and suggesting cocktails for my mom. He even made up a couple of lime drop shots that we thought were delicious! I do recommend checking this place out, even if you don't love beer, because the food is delicious and the cocktails are strong and unique. But go into the experience with the understanding that the service may not be stellar.

Pour Your Own beer experience was great. Friday night the place was packed in the main seating area and it was very loud and lively. They sent us to a back bar room with plenty of space and much more low key. A bit odd at first but we got comfortable after awhile. Friendly staff and very good food.

Very interesting experience as you are issued a card that unlocks the self-serve beer taps. This allows you to try as little (or as much) of any beer you would like to try. At least 50+ beers if I remember correctly. I poured myself a terrible full beer of foam, and our waitress was quick to correct the charge and "help" me get the beer of my choice. My wife and I sat in their small outdoor area and had a lovely time.
