Loved this spot ! Came early afternoon and sat in the last moments of daylight on the patio. I wasn’t sure on bubbles and service brought out two options to choose from which was very helpful. Croque was actually really incredible.

My friend and I are only in Kansas City for two nights so we decided to check out Cą Va on a Friday evening. First of all, I had called earlier in the evening to check about reservations and no picked up at first and I figured no biggie, it's Friday night, I'll call back in a few minutes. Instead, just a couple minutes later, the owner, Howard, *called me back*! He was so sweet on the phone and I was so stunned to have a restaurant/bar call me back, I was immediately enamored with them.
Once there, my friend and I ordered the pecan pie (both of us did), the fries (also both), I got the squash apple soup -- everything was delicious, well made, and paired perfectly with my French 75 cocktail. Our server, Ella, was an absolute delight, too.
I didn't take pictures of the food or drinks so you'll just have to trust me!!

Great little place! I love that they have a few non-alcoholic drink options. Every time I've been here it's been fairly quiet, and I don't understand why there aren't more people here! Great atmosphere for hanging out and chatting with friends, and the staff is SO friendly and will take time to chat and joke around with you.

Love this little place! Came here for the first time about five years ago when my husband and I visited KC for our second anniversary, so it holds a special place in my heart. Went back with my sister and it was very good! It’s been many years so the menu has changed, but it was still good. We just snacked and got the Brie, devilled eggs, and mussels and a bottle of sparkling for happy hour.
Our server was very sweet, we got there about 5:50 and happy hour ended at six. No one came over to our table before 6pm (I almost got up and went to the bar myself). She finally came over right after it turned six. Asked for our drinks, and I inquired if we could still do the happy hour pricing on our drinks because no one came to our table for at least 10 minutes. She was hesitant at first but then said on our first round we could do happy hour pricing. It was very kind of her and I’ll remember that.
It’s such a cozy, romantic atmosphere and they have a small patio as well. Definitely will come back next time I’m in KC!

Phenomenal little place. Lively, chatty atmosphere, wonderful service, spectacular libations. I definitely recommend a reservation. My wife and I came without one, and they put us on a short list. We got in half an hour later. Our server helped us figure out what we'd like. Everything was excellent. Not cheap but worth every penny.

Such a cute little gem! Their selection is great, even a few mocktail options, and the atmosphere is great. The owner stopped by our table to check on us, and the staff gave great recommendations. The food selection is on the smaller side, but their eggnog creme brulee was delicious.

This was a great place to have some food and drinks! Service was great, and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Great for a low-key night out in Kansas City!

This adorable little champagne focused cafe was so perfect! Our waitress was the sweetest and most fun! Our food and mimosas were delicious! Servings just the right size. We had crepes and croques.

We loved our experience here! My girlfriend and I came for her birthday and not only was the food amazing but the service was above and beyond what our expectations were. They made us feel special and welcome. Our server Brittany was the best server ever!
What we ordered:
Grapefruit and OJ mimosas
CRÊPES with poached chicken, roasted mushroom,
Jason Wiebe 'Cottonwood' cheddar, sunny egg
*The crepe was moist and delicious. It was extremely filling.*
CROISSANTS with ham and cheddar
*By far the best croissant we've had since moving to KC.*
POTATO CRUST QUICHE (GF) with bacon, gruyère, spring onion
*The quiche was divine. I am still in awe of all the savory flavors found in one small dish. While it was small I find that it was able to not only fill me but send me into a blissful state of being full.*
WE WILL BE BACK!

This wine bar came up in a search for best brunch in Kansas City. My husband and I went there to celebrate my birthday. We were not disappointed. The entire experience was very French, including the music that played in the background. The Mimosa bar was something we had never done before and we loved it. For $25 we could buy a bottle of champagne and have as many mimosas as we wanted to make. There were four types of juices, many homemade syrups, a variety of herbs and bitters, everything you need to make a unique Mimosa. The quiche and the crepes were fantastic. I would highly recommend this as a fun and unique place to go

Came through on a Thursday night and was lucky enough to hear a string trio playing some wonderful music on the patio. Had a Dapper Sipper and a slice of the three layer cake. The cocktail was smooth but strong, with good flavor. The cake was rich, but not overbearing. The icing is light, possibly an Italian buttercreme? Raspberry flavor is sharp and refreshing. Overall ambiance was wonderful and a welcome break from the hustle and bustle of the day. Definitely recommend people stop in when they can.

An absolutely fantastic place. The closest alternative I have to spending afternoons at brasseries in Paris/Lyon.
The outdoor patio area is phenomenal. There is shading, tables aren’t microscopic and it’s between 2 buildings not in front of the street.
Small food selection which I liked, in the sense that you come there to drink not eat dinner, but there is the option to munch on something if needed.
Very relaxed environment, will definitely be going often.

Went for my birthday. It was a good experience but it felt limited with the menu and wine options. Service was good also. Most nicer restaurants give you a free drink or dessert and I was just offered a happy birthday. I’m glad I checked it out but probably not a place I am rushing to visit again. We are somewhat foodies and the portions were on the smaller side but nothing impressive. Great place for unique cocktails. Uber there because parking in the area is limited.

Wednesday nights are flight night - and it was worth every penny! I’m not a huge champagne drinker but last night might have changed my mind just a bit. The food was mouth watering and so good and paired well with everything we were drinking. We also got the charcuterie board - don’t skip out on that.
The setting is romantic, low lighting, and quiet. The music they play is fantastic. It reminds me of either a New York City bar or just a really snazzy hidden gem.
I highly recommend this place. I will be back!
Thank you so much for the experience.

Had a great visit, short and sweet. Me and a few friends went in for some drinks. They have a nice variety of drinks and of all the ones we tried, they were all great! The service was quick and friendly from all the staff we interacted with.

The band and atmosphere were wonderful! Both desert options are delicious. The waitstaff and owner were very friendly

A couple girlfriends had never visited Ça Va before so we made a point to include it on our girls night out. We enjoyed a round of Cava Rose and a cheese plate. We requested to be seated on the patio and even though we were rained on towards the end of our visit, it was still such a great atmosphere with impeccable service. Thomas, I believe helped us and he was great! I recommend getting a bottle next time and please indulge in their food menu. I can't wait to go back and try more!

Great place for drinks, hors d'oeuvres, desserts, and an all-around great time. What I love the most about Ça Va is that they believe in and celebrate love. My husband and I came in the evening we got engaged, and the servers all came and celebrated a complimentary toast with us. I came again for my bachelor party and they gave us a toast again. The ambiance is great, desserts are to die for, the patio is super cute, and the happy hour has good drink and food deals. Definitely a place to check out and to return!

Truly spectacular, unpretentiously sexy and inviting French atmosphere, absolutely wonderful culinary delights, thoughtful and well executed cocktail list, warm and generous service. I’m bringing a sleeping bag and moving in. Whoever runs this place knows what’s up ;)

My husband and I went here for an early anniversary celebration and loved everything! The small, intimate place has so much charm and French decor. We came for happy hour right when they opened on a Friday, and had the cheese special, raw oyster special, olives, and liver pate and everything was delicious not to mention the wonderful sparking rose and wine we had. Our waiter was Thomas and he was fantastic, attentive and fun! We met Caitlyn the GM who also was charming and the rest of the front of the house team. We will definitely be coming back!

A beautiful Sunday brunch with friends. This place is always on point! Great setting, nice music, and an excellent menu.

Loved this place! Great drinks (amazing French 75) and the food was great. When I was there they had a Moroccan stew on special, and I had the Creme Brule. I was just in town for business and it was a great way to spend my evening. The staff was so friendly, the service was great and the food and drinks were top of the shelf.
Jonas Barrish
From the food to the staff to the champagne, I love everything about this place.

Always on point with their wines and food! Cocktails, beers, apps, brunch and an atmosphere second to none in this town! Highly recommended!
Tuner Hall
It's a hospitable, classy joint for post dinner drinks and smoke a cigar on the patio.
Yes...and excellent caviar and the staff can put together an outstanding party for the lady in your life!
Jill Szumigala Stuefer
Thoroughly enjoyed our drinks and duck fat kettle corn. But this places atmosphere and quaint patio put it over the top!! Will defiantly be returning.

Such a gem in Westport! The vibe in there is always warm, the staff are knowledgable, passionate and fun and the food is excellent. I love that you can buy a baller bottle of grower Champagne or get down on a Miller High Life if that's your style. Something for everyone!

I was lucky to celebrate my Bachelorette Party on Ca Va's patio, Caitlin and all the staff were so welcoming and fantastic. I highly recommend this great spot!
Jason Holmes
We enjoyed a fantastic dinner and conversation with Elise (sous chef)! The food was fantastic and full of flavor. Champagne pairing recommendations were perfect for us.

Visit Ça Va to understand what it's like to be in love with a place wishing it were a person. We had the tartar with oyster, which was better than anything I could have imagined for two of my favorite foods commingling. The chips with caviar were fantastic. Cocktails and bubblies were wonderfully intriguing and delicious. Ambiance is Nouveau Django Americana. Go there.

Everything's on point and home to one of the most genuinely hospitable staffs around.
