Went to eat on a Tuesday to have a pitcher of Margaritas, and watch the Royals game on TVs. Our server Brittany is always amazing, but something happened that was awesome. A couple came in with a baby, and the ceiling fan wasn't working above their table. We were on the 2nd floor so it was warm for July. The GM Jody came over and tried to assist but with no success, so he helped them move to a table under a fan, carried the high chair over for them and moved all their items.
Food is great, and the staff is spot on.
I've eaten at Teocali many times & have had them cater events for me. The food is delicious and authentic and reminds me of walking the streets of Jalisco in Mexico finding delicious restaurants to eat at. The Flautas de Pollo with the orange colored sauce are a mouth-watering dream! Every time I go I receive great service and any time they've catered an event for me I've received rave reviews from guests. They are extremely professional and the margaritas are yummy�! Teocali is a must try.
Awesome environment, staff and service! The food is authentic! You can’t go wrong... it takes you back to Mexico! Love this place!
We had the steak and shrimp fajitas. They were fantastic. A couple beers, chips and salsa and for Saturday afternoon lunch it couldn’t have been better.
Food is amazing, great staff. Can't beat the upper deck or second floor patio!

I first tried Teocali at En Vivo this past weekend and fell in love. I am a huge fan! Went back last night to get another fix... nothing short of incredible. Our waitress was informative, polite, attentive and so sweet! The owner, Enrique is very hospitable and professional. OH... and the food. WOW! Everything from the chips and salsa to tamales to tacos were so good! All around an incredible experience with Teocali!
Kourtney was our server; great services and great food. Food wait time was very short. If you're in the Kansas City area check out this establishment.

Teocali is truly a place you must try if you haven't already. Food is fantastic, drinks are great, good tv's to catch a Royals/Chiefs game, and the rooftop is one of the best rooftops in KC...but most of all the moment you walk in Enrique and the staff make you feel welcome and ready to have a great time. Come here...you will not be disappointed!
Authentic dishes made from scratch. Great atmosphere for all with lower, mid, and rooftop dining. Freshly made salsa. Ordering is a challenge because everything sounds great.....and visiting KC and eating there twice, the food was fantastic. If in KC, try it. Guarantee you will like it and come back.
I work around the corner at UMKC School of Medicine, and every time I have gone I have received excellent service and eaten some great tacos!

They have a large menu & something for everyone. They also do catering & private events. It's a staple in my friend group for sure! 🌮🍹
Totally delicious with great service. I asked our server for a recommendation and she suggested a chicken flauta nortenas(I think) with some dope yellow crema.
All the sides like, guac, pico, rice, beans, chips and salsa were on point. Went for lunch this time but will def be back for dinner as the bar looks fun and I gotta try the diablo sauce next time.
First time there was told they served food late but not true..got there 15min.before closing which we all know that I don't do that ,...I was rushed to order but it was understandable, food came it was great to my surprise with them closing and all,service not so much..loved the roof top view...salsa had a little kick to it

The food was excellent. The service was wonderful. I am from the Southwest, and my husband is half step Mexican, and we are very picky about our Mexican food. Their salsa is very good, The server Mary was very attentive, and never let our drinks go empty. The cost is average for eating out in these times of inflation.
Visiting KC and this place came highly recommended by a local. Awesome house margaritas! The pork tamales are hand made from scratch and they don't skimp on the pork or serving size. Service is top-notch. Melissa and Jannah took great care of our group and we are all coming back tomorrow for dinner. :)
While visit in Kansas City, we came here based on the menu. The food and service was great! They make fresh guacamole and it was some of the best I’ve ever had. The atmosphere/location is nothing special but we were going for the food and service anyway.

I can't wait to visit again! The food had so much flavor. I ordered a chicken burrito and it was FULL of chicken. They have a mystery beer or a mystery seltzer drink choice and it was fun to see what I would get next. Don't miss this place! It's wonderful!
Hands down one of My favorite Mexican Restaurants here in Kansas City! I have done 2 Events on the Rooftop and eat here at least twice a month lol. The owner and staff are very kind and they were all good host. Would Recommend this place to anyone.
So good! We got the quesabirria tacos and the tacos Al pastor. They were both At fantastic! The margaritas were also very good! Highly recommend the guacamole as well. It was just all so good.
We used Teocali yesterday for a catering event with 100 attendees and the food was a HIT among everyone! You could tell they were pros and had everything ready to go without issues. The process to schedule with them was quick and easy. The buffet style made it easy to consider allergies and food restrictions. We will absolutely use them again and highly recommend Teocali!
Pretty good food! Nice patio, good drinks selection. The chicken flautas are where it's at. And if you like spicy stuff the Diablo Shrimp is not joking around! They also have a nice spicy salsa.
Their chips are awesomely thin and crispy. Service is slow but very friendly. I got the birria tacos, which were great. It’s not like, the very best mexican food ever, but it’s very tasty and satisfying. I will definitely come back.
