The Pho is incredible! I am working my way through all the varieties. The banh mi is on point. And yesterday I had the grilled beef vermicelli bowl, with an added fried egg. Delicious! And seriously, add the egg.

Friendly staff, love that they will sub steamed bean sprouts for noodles, broth is amazing. Also loved soaking in the nostalgia of once again dining in the old Sidney’s Diner (with much better food). All good things.

I think it's the best phở in KC. My girlfriend loves their crawfish. Great food, great vibe, great "melting pot" of a crowd.

This place is a pho must stop!!! The service was great, and the pho and rice dishes were outstanding! My 16 and 12 year old kids loved the meal, and the server was nothing but curtious and very funny. We would definitely eat there again. The calamari was the bomb!

Pho Tower is under new management and you can just feel the welcoming vibes as soon you walk in. The team is great but the food is even better. If you haven't yet visited Pho Tower please do so and get you a bowl of Pho, the best in town, the broth is 🤤🤤👌

The best bowl of pho I’ve found in Kansas City. Never too busy, and reasonably priced. My go to is the brisket with veggies

We needed a break from all the BBQ and settled on Pho Tower. The place is small and has a very simple feel. Menu features pho, vermicelli and rice dishes along with a few appetizer staples. We got spring rolls (very fresh), pho with brisket (brisket was a bit chewy, but still good overall especially with fresh herbs )and steak vermicelli (very good). Very big portions and very reasonable prices. Not sure if our waiter was also the owner, but he was super funny and nice. The rest of the staff also seemed very friendly .

I ordered pickup from here: a pork banh mi and tofu spring rolls. The food was hot when I picked it up, and the sandwich wrapped in a way that made it easy to eat in the car (I was in a rush). The spring rolls and peanut sauce were simple and delicious, everything I wanted. I definitely want to come back! The sandwich did have raw jalapeno on it, which I loved because the meet has some sweetness that pairs nicely with it, but if you aren't a fan of spice maybe ask to leave it off.

The bbq pork buns and hot pho is nothing short of awesome here. It's simple, nothing fancy but the food is good quality. Fresh herbs served on a plate with you soup. Always hot and made to order.

The food was surprisingly good! It did not take long to receive our orders and we were very happy with our choices. We ordered Grilled Pork Vermicelli and a Special Banh Mi Sandwich, both of which turned out delicious! Minus one star for warm water with ice added after!

Environment is dark but I’m guessing it used to be a bar. You can see they have many pots of broth going in their kitchen which is pretty cool. Wings are well done. They don’t t look great but the chicken is crispy not dry. the seasoning and toppings of onion and jalapeño is reminiscent of “Asian salt & pepper calamari or shrimp”. Pho broth is on the sweeter side and the broth came out nice and hot. We asked for a small bowl Nước Béo or fatty broth and they brought some out after asking the kitchen if they had any. They had tons of people coming in for take-out. We probably won’t come back for the Pho but would for the wings and to try something else when we travel here for business.

The atmosphere is great, the serving sizes are generous, and the food is spicy enough to be addicting! What I ordered (shaken beef) didn’t look like the image, but it was too tasty to ask for something else.

The Banh mi is amazing! Stopped in before going to a concert at the Uptown. The food is delicious. Limited seating, though.

I ordered the grilled pork rice. I had expected pork chop but instead was served pork slices. The dish itself was just average. I enjoyed the pho broth that came with the meal though. It was hearty and savory. Also I didn’t expect it so it was a pleasant surprise. The Thai tea tasted a bit artificial. Service was cordial and friendly. Food wise, I’d give it three stars but service and clever restaurant name brought it up to four.

Food was great! The restaurant smelled delicious walking in. Was a bit confused at first about seating as no one was around to tell us to seat ourselves or wait so we sat ourselves. Good portion sizes for the price. There is a stage assuming for shows or karaoke but it was middle of the day so nothing in that space at the time. Recomend to anyone wanting delicious food.

I ordered the Seafood Pho to go! I received a warm greeting. As this was my first time dining here I had some questions. I was given a detailed explanation of menu items. I truly enjoyed my meal. There was a surplus of food.
