We enjoyed a Sunday brunch here! The food was very delicious. Portion was not huge and the price was reasonable. This is the only place we’ve been to that accommodates indoor smoking, which is old school! The non-smoking area seems like a nice area for kids.
Food was good diner style. The pork loin is hand breaded there, hot crispy and good. Had the Monterry Chicken and it wad juicy and tasty. Our server was friendly and helpful. This has a smoking and non-smoking side, we didn't notice a smell from the smoking side.
Best breakfast place we've tried, and it's served all day! Finally found good biscuits & gravy! Highly recommend, the right side is smoking, left door is non - I hate smoke smell, but the air was clear on the left side! We will be back!!!
This is a hidden gem for sure! We are so glad we stopped through while passing the area, very reasonably priced, friendly staff, old time small town diner feel. Not a place to grab a beer, but they make up for it with non smoking and smoking sections.
I love this place! They are soooo nice and the food is good. The only thing i have to say that is a negative is the seating. As soon as you walk in, there is a table that seats six. It makes the entrance very congested. It is off-putting. I feel like it is a barrier. I think if they broke up the six
This place was fantastic! Straight out of the 1980s! We loved it!!! The staff was great and on the job, the food was amazing! Help support these small family owned diners to keep them alive! We will definitely be going back again! I got the country fried steak.....and sweet baby Jesus they use sausa
Small town ma and pop type place. Absolutely wonderful. The atmosphere was exactly what I expected and it was inviting. All the food was great and they let us hang out for about an hour to get some computer work done before heading west to our honeymoon. Highly recommend!
Sat down immediately and were served surprisingly quick! This IS a smoking establishment, so be forewarned. Even so, we both ordered the pork chop breakfast and were immensely blown away! Definitely a hidden gem of a diner in my book 📖
Classic, old school diner that feels relaxing and welcoming. The food was delicious and the price is fair. I highly recommend the country fried steak, will definitely come back to dine in again!
Ordered the BnG and ham steak w eggs, both surprisingly large portions and exceptional flavor. Fast friendly service and both smoking and non sections. What a gem! Makes me sad i live so far away but i will eat here whenever in the area!
Great place for breakfast and lunch. About as classic of a diner you can get. Especially since you’re still allowed to have a smoke with your coffee or meal.
Hidden gem. We came by (live over an hour away) at lunch while working in the area. Ordered the Goulash special and Pa's breakfast. Food was so great we promised ourselves we would be back the next time we were in the area. We stopped in on a Thursday the next time and had the smothered pork chop sp
People are mostly regulars and I use to go there all the time and hadn't been for about 6 years and I went back and it's nice to see there is still some tradition left in this area I've missed seeing it and it is truly one of the best down home food places you can go and the people are wonderful!!!!
This is the go to for a family blast from the past easy going diner only your parents can remember I absolutely recommend and applaud this place. And yes they do allow smoking for you smokers but didn't detour myself or my children.. didn't mind at all plus with the environment we live in now it's l
