I've been going to a lot of IHOPs recently and although this doesn't quite stack up to the other ones the quality of the food seems to be just as good. The service is slow, but after talking to the waitress, she says they just have enough staff.

Food was excellent and the waitress was great and very helpful. There was no wait to be seated and the food was out pretty quickly. The all you can eat pancakes were awesome, so stuffed now.
Kind of hard to find off the road. Quiet and clean. We were seated immediately, served quickly. The food was hot and correct the first time. Nothing spectacular, but they did do their jobs. (Which is saying allot for a big city franchise)

Pretty good food was straight on and lots of it. Spicy pablano omelet was great. Not so spicy though.

International pancakes are back for a limited time. The service was good even though their was only 2 servers when I was there. The place is always clean and everyone was nice.
Excellent restaurant; quick service, quick tasty food at a reasonable price. Clean respectful place, easy in easy out.
Showed up for breakfast noticed that the restaurant was extremely busy with about 10 plates on the counter ready to go to customers but not enough staff to serve fast. initially had reservations about staying to eat however after we were seated our server Laurel came and took a drink orders as well
