I just wanted to give a shout out to my local papa John’s on Prairie view Road. I’ve never had a better tasting order than I had tonight! Freaking awesome! Everything was so fresh and hot. I’ve never had an order that tasted so good. I believe hot and fresh. Sure makes a difference. I ordered pretty much a whole menu of desserts. The new Oreo bites and the chicken Parmesan bites I ordered 2 of those. And my favorite, cinnamon pull a parts and chocolate chip cookie.

Pizza was ready before anticipated time and when I got there to pick it up, I didn’t have to wait long. They gave it to me right away, I was in and out!
I don’t eat here I only come to pick up orders. The staff are decent and the environment is okay. I did notice their sticker is outdated from 2022. Either they forgot to update it our the restaurant is not up to code.
Idk what's up with all of the negative reviews on here, it's Papa John's and you get what you pay for. Food is always made right (and I'm a picky orderer), deliveries are fast with good communication and every team member I've encountered is really friendly. Always have a good experience and hopefully these nice employees get the recognition they deserve! Good job guys ⭐⭐⭐

Last couple of reviews I have read are negative. That surprises me. I didn't start ordering from P John's until recently. I am a happy customer. The pizza tastes amazing to me. I am even more impressed with the lady who takes orders. I think her name is May. She provides AMAZING customer service. If you are a hiring manager you should try to steal her for your team!! So impressed w her!

Every time I order through drive-thru or carry I've had a great experience. The delivery driver generally calls and notifies me when my pizza has arrived. The store staff is also courteous and kind! Pizzas are always hot and arrive on time.
Great customer service with fair prices and good quality of food. The food was prepare in less than 10 minutes, so that was a huge plus it was very hot and delicious when I arrived home to eat it! Definitely plan to return to try out other items on the menu.
One bad experience does not deserve a one star rating, in my opinion. This store consistently does a really good job with my orders. I was going to leave a bad review with another pizza chain, which has done a horrible job on my last few orders, but decided to give praise to where praise is due. My only go-to spot for pizza in the Northland is this location, from here on out.

I ordered a pizza online, and I ordered it wrong, thinking I had ordered it correctly. So I called, the manager I spoke with, had a great attitude and read what I had ordered, he knew they did their job accurately, but insisted on crediting my account due to my disappointment. The mistake was all mine and they still wanted to make me happy and bring back my business. If this is the type of employee they hire, then they get my business thank you guys so much.
