I failed to check my order before leaving restaurant but my order was 3 wings, biscuit & red beans and rice. Food is always good, but make sure to check your order. The employers seem to perpetually be disorganized and regularly forget items you pay for. Very disappointing to get home a realize they forgot your biscuits or your sides.

Service is horrible ALL DAY. I've waiting in drive through for 40 mins twice. I'm so upset. And didn't even receive fresh food. The second I went I told myself ill never go to this location again. But it was close and it's been a while. So I thought maybe they improved. Boy was I wrong. Four staf

Extremely slow service, and often out of sides made for a negative experience. The manager attempted to make things right but on my next visit they were out of sides again. Great tasting food but not very consistent.

Cashier was awesome so was the guy packing the order he told us to check and make sure we had everything as he was unsure and polite about it we were which docked a half star, the Buffalo ranch chicken sandwich is not spicy at all that docked 1 and a half stars not the employees or restaurants fault

Was not given my entire order had to drive back and wait in line for a 2nd time to get the missed food items. Got home and realized more of the order was missing. I spent over $50 and refused to drive back a 3rd time

Got the spicy chicken sandwich. It was good to the last bite. Will be going back soon for another one. Employees were polite.

The food is good but they take a long time with your order I mean it seems like you're waiting in line forever.
