Great place. Came for about 1.5 weeks straight... Great bartenders /waitress... Super nice and inviting... Even got a free dinner one night because there was a pot luck and it wasn't super busy... And how can you not enjoy a bar where you can still smoke anymore?... Amazing!

It's one of the Few bars Left in the city that still allows Smoking inside of the establishment. They have Free Texas Hold'em Poker games couple nights a week. Kathy the Main Bartender is Amazing woman, super friendly, very helpful. Derrick the Head Cook is also a very nice Guy. There's 2 pool table

Home town experience. When you walk in you feel like people know your name. LOL. they have wednesday night tacos and a drink for less than$5.00 they have poker tournament's. 3 pool tables. Just a very relaxing place kids are welcome until a certain time.
Came here for a birthday party. This place is one of very few that allow smoking inside. Good crowd decent tacos and the staff was super friendly. They have a small stage onside but no one was playing the day we came. Would love to see some tri ia or karaoke in there seems like a good spot.
Wasn't sure what I expected with Avondale Pool being a slam that was common to the northland pool players. But braved my way inside to beat heat of August summer. Nice and cool inside, but I didn't know name of a soul in the place. After cooling down I realized past lunch time. So put some quarters
Fast, friendly service. Now, the food. I had the burnt ends appetizer. I can't say enough about how absolutely fantastic they are. They're perfectly smoked, juicy and they melt in your mouth. I can't wait to try everything on the menu.

Depot been to many year's. Played a Wedding reception there last weekend. Great food and Cocktails beer. They have Karaoke nite Poker nite pool league's. Fun place!
Great burnt ends!!! The BBQ sauce is sweet, tangy and got a little heat to it. It's balanced just right. The prices are really good and the service is really good. It's on my favorite list. I am coming back.
We're first customers on Super Bowl and ordered three meals with big portions and great prices. , The food tasted great, highly recommended by 3 who have triedmore than 200 joints in the KC area.
Awesome barbecue. Dinner plates can feed two easy. Burnt ends were amazing and tender. Possibly the best cole slaw I have ever had. It's a whiskey bar with GREAT BBQ.

Decent size and not crowded, plenty of room to shoot pool or whatever you want without being on top of other people.
Smells like stale beer. Barbeque is great, hamburgers are enormous, karaoke is awful, walls are chip board, and the people are middle aged, big hearted and a little rough around the edges. Beers are cheap. Both kinds are on draught: Bud light and bud heavy. You can get Bell's two hearted in a glass
