Every single time I come here, there's a wait time of at least 10 minutes which is okay because at least I'm getting hot, fresh food but every single visit? It's a bit redundant. The speaker at the menu sometimes isn't clear enough & they can't understand what I'm ordering or I can't understand them

The workers at this location couldn't be more rude. I've waited at the window multiple times and no one says anything, to the point I think they're closed. I feel as if the staff is "put out" by me politely ordering my food. I'm surprised this place is still in business. I will never go back to this

SLOW on every level. I ordered from the walk up window and it took them 10 minutes to get my 2 piece and fry while they served 3 people in the drive thru who came after me. I always have to repeat my order several times and they never get it right. So many times I've got home and it's not what I ask

This location sucks! We had three orders and made us stand outside in the cold to place three small orders. Totally unprofessional, horrible customer service! The staff is rude and ignorant. I'm going to stop spending my hard earned money at this location. They always out of food. One of the closest

My experience was horrible. My order was wrong. My food was cold. I asked the drive thru window guy several time for some sauce. And he lied and kept saying it was already in my bag. I'll never go this one again.

My daughter and I have been waiting for about 25 min and and we were still waiting. There were other people waiting and they said they were waiting for 1 HOUR this is unbelievable. Meanwhile there are about 10 workers there just talking to each other! They also had atitude problems! Avoid this place

This is s small drive thru only locayion. Don't think it's a very sterile place. When i went the cooks were outside smoking and rushed in when they saw us. The only good thing eas that they didn't touch the food, a lady that was already inside was preparing it.
